Average restaurant. I did pick up here a few times each time I just walked in. The food was just lying on the counter with the receipt so it's kind of the honor system or anybody could walk in and just grab it and walk out, which isn't a great system. I assume because of the price of coffee going through the roof. The coffee is much more expensive than the creamer or the milk because I got a cold brew today and it was about 70% to 75% milk. That's unacceptable. The bagel sandwich was fine but when you're paying almost $5 fine isn't going to cut it.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and a coffee on the app which was glitching, left the store went in parking lot realized they were wrong, walked back in and got told by 3 people including manager it isnt their problem, it isnt their fault the bread was wrong and the app wouldnr mess up like that! Which it did because it dropped the coffee off and i had to order that seperate. She told me they didnt twke the order! NEVER GO HERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ASKED FOR A REFUND ON THE SANDWICHES AND HAD TO ARGUE TO GET IT! I didnt want the sandwiches st that point! I WILL never come back here EVER!

I love this location. It isn’t usually busy, lots of places to sit inside. And they’re open until 8pm, so I can grab coffee before nightshift at Strong 🥰

A totally fine Tim Horton’s. Nothing to write home about, but nothing to throw a fit about either. Could it be faster? Sure. Could the employees actually look at you when they talk to you? Yeah. Do I care as long as my coffee is hot and made correctly? Not really.
