I'm in the area for family. Each time I've been in. I've sat at the register for several minutes before being greated. First time someone looked straight at me, turned around and went the other way. Second time, waited, someone said what can I get you and then said hang on and walked away

It's very easy to get in and out
I went in to get a latte & donut and stood at the register waiting to be serviced. I saw 2 servers one at the drive through the other cleaning and the only other people onside was a couple already seated chatting. I kept looking to see if someone would take my order and the guy cleaning walked past me behind the register to grab a dust bucket while ignoring me as if I wasn’t there! I will not be returning.

Piss poor wait times at the counter for walk-in customers. Never coming here again while working. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOUR WORKING AND ARE IN A HURRY!

I come in to use the bathroom there's no toilet paper so I have to run and grab some napkins then I had to clean the toilet then I go to wash my hands and there's no soap in the bathroom and then I got to wait five or six minutes in line because they don't even know what they have in the store worst customer service I can't believe every time I come to a Tim Hortons I have to complain I used to love this restaurant and you people can't even do your jobs properly I was a manager at restaurants just like this for almost 20 years I would fire every last one of them
This is one of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. They are understaffed, slow, and unorganized!!

The service was horrible. There weren't any customers in the store and 3 people working. I wasn't acknowledged for about 5 minutes and just stood there, the woman walked right past me and completely ignored me. She was rude when taking my order and the music was so loud and something that should not be played at this type of establishment. The bathroom was filthy and while we ate the employess were whooting and hollering like they were at a party. There were no napkins and when we asked for some, we were quite the attitude.

Most of the time, the front door is closed and they redirect me to drive through. I do not have car so I could not do it. Available times are not available on the door. Personnel is slow.

I went here to get lunch. The employee working the drive thru window literally said "Hey, we don't have any food at all right now, only drinks." I went to a restaurant and they were sold out on food. Genius.

The food was good and as expected..consistent. The drive through path is very narrow. The person taking my order was quiet and didn't articulate well. That made it hard to understand when ordering. Otherwise, I'd go back to this location.

Possibly the worst Tim Hortons I have been to.
The service was horrible, the person taking our order was rude and missed things in our order. We were in there for over 20 minutes to get 2 coffees and some food.
The ice cap tasted like old acidic milk and was thrown away.
