I was a customer today and the entire place was filthy. Dirt in piles on the floor, coffee was burn tasting and the donuts were crushed together. 2 young girls working there were very nasty to customers and one of them was running in and out. Someone needs to manage these 2 workers. Its my 2nd time having this experience. All the tables were dirty. Actually people were walking out. Sorry but I will never return to this Tim Hortons again.

This has been consistently bad, Ive ordered a tea/coffee WITH 2 cream and 4 sugars (Tea), 3 and 3 (Coffee). 90% of the time they’ve been wrong. It’s honestly pissing me off on how easy it could be if you just put the sugar and cream in the hot beverage. Maybe your reviews might go up a little if you guys actually listen to the customer

Horrible customer service. Big sign outside that says open until 6pm but they are always closing early. Don't answer at drive thru after 5pm most days so you have to go inside.

I went here in the morning they never made my orders right and the ice coffe bad I been ordering online 30 min before get to the store and they never have the order ready or they dont find it in the system?? What I been late to go back to work even that I been ordering online with 30 min or more!! They need order cashiers making drive tru orders is a mess there sorry but if they dont have organization everyday will be the same….

I need to give one star, but should be zero. I have never ever in my life received food to this disgusting level. The lettuce was brown. The cheese was hard. The bacon was raw! Someone can get sick. It was 12 noon on a Friday, why is this happening? When I called, it was a surprise to the gentleman that answered the phone that my lettuce was brown…I did not want a refund, I just wanted them to know their food was gross. 🤮 Please clean up your store, this is worth the department of health looking into.

Product is far superior to Dunkin Donuts, as is their drive thru windows service.
I also visit the drive thru on long pond near Greece town hall and see the service and food to be equally as consistant with great staff too.
Recommend the apple fritters could be proofed more and honey dipping on the bottoms as well!! After all they are the ends of the Coffee rolls scrunched together at tour CPL.

Iv been to this location many times over the years mostly good but lately they're coffee consistency has been slipping. Unfortunately it's not even just this location. Some days my coffee is great others it tastes watery and milky or damn near black no sugar. Idk y this is such a common issue among several locations but it's getting to the point where it's happening more often than not and I'm considering just making my own instead of 3.50 a cup every day
I have a pretty simple order, bacon and cheese on a croissant. They have messed it up now three times in a row at this location. The first two times they added egg to the sandwich (I’m ordering a sandwich without it for a reason) then this morning it not only took them like 10 minutes to get me my mobile ordered food (it was busy so I’ll give them a pass on it this time) but the one guy said bacon and cheese yes when I open my bag it’s a sausage patty that is on it. I’ve lost trust in this location and don’t plan to order from here anytime soon. Go to other locations if you want better food.

I was gonna give one stars, but I’m bumping it up to three due to the painless way the staff fixed their manager’s mistake. I ordered avocado toast earlier this morning. I didn’t think to check it before I left, and when I got to my destination, the ugly looking toast in the picture is what I got. Not only that, but they gave it to me upside down. I spoke to a manager, who informed me that that is not how they’re supposed to look, gave me her name, and told me to come back through the drive-through at my earliest convenience. So I had to drive an extra 10 minutes to go back (luckily i had the time). When I got there, the people at the drive-through told me that the manager that I had spoken to on the phone was in fact the person who made the original yucky toast. As a manager, quality control should be a big priority of yours, I don’t know how you let that toast leave the building with a paying customer. Now, I’m not gonna call her out by name because I don’t need someone to lose their job over avocado toast, but I’m hoping she or the other people on staff see this review. Shame on you girl! Thank you to the rest of the staff that quickly remade my toast for me the correct way, and didn’t give it to me upside down.

Love the Tim Hortons brand. But this Tim Hortons can never ever make my large double double correctly, or be friendly while doing it. Or put coffee Timbits in a 20 pack when I asked for coffee Timbits.
