The worst food and service ever. Both breakfast sandwiches and hash brown were cold. The orange juice was warm The only thing was coffee.
I used to work at a few Tim Hortons so I think I know why it’s gotten so terrible in the mornings. You are pre toasting all your bread before speed of service and that’s why everything is hard as a rock. Not a single other Tim Hortons has hard bagels at 9am. Unless yours are from the night before?? The friendliness at the window is completely nonexistent and I basically have to give up my first born if I want a napkin. Do better.

“I wish I could give you zero stars. The managers and employees were very disrespectful. The girl at the drive-thru was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude, which made the experience unpleasant. Honestly they are bad for businesses and they shouldn’t represent tim hortions. Their also the ladies that work in the morning

The staff were not attentive to the customer. I ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich. I waited 10 minutes for it. I stood by the counter waiting to see how long it would take for one of the workers to acknowledge me. Two of them looked at me and walked away. I asked the person who waited on me where my croissant breakfast sandwich was, she looked at me, didn't answer and walked in the back room. Finally another woman asked me if I was waiting I said yes and she said we don't have any croissants left and the person who waited on me should have told me that. I finally got my sandwich but on a bagel.

This is my closest Tim's. I go often. Too often. This place gets my order wrong more than rather get it right. Today. I ordered two large coffee with three cream each. I got a large with cream and sugar and A MEDIUM HOT CHOCOLATE!?!??!? I will travel to a different place now.
This review is not indicative of the food but of the staff at this location. I ordered a coffee that was supposed to have cream and sugar and had no sugar. I also ordered two LOADED farmers breakfast wraps that come with hash browns inside of them, neither had hash browns. I went up to pay using a 2 for 5 for the wraps and was told i could not use it because i added a dream cookie to the order and I can't use the deal because it "automatically" turns it into a meal. I then tell them to take the cookie off to have the deal be valid and somehow it ends up more expensive then it did before and now I can't reverse it because they already used the code and can't scan it again. I ask for a manager and the guy at the drive-thru window says that she's busy at the moment ? all I wanted was a 2 for 5 on wraps and ended up paying almost 5 bucks more than if I didn't even bother with it. Staff don't know what they are doing here

Got a turkey bacon club (I get this everytime i go to tim hortons) and the bacon literally looked like it wasn’t even cooked. Disgusting don’t go to this tim hortons

I like the coffee and food here. I strongly recommend getting the app which can save you money. I also like to dine in and the store has space. The staff are very nice here and make sure to get your order right.
Parking: At peak times you may not find a parking spot so you would have to use the drive thru.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can get into the restaurant in a wheelchair with some help. The doorway is wide.
I would just go somewhere else..
