This location said they couldn’t do a sugar free vanilla cappuccino (but my usual location in Greece does), also told me they only have 2% milk and no skim milk? Got an iced coffee with sugar free vanilla and milk and it was delicious but still

I love Tim Hortons. It's my favorite coffee, however it's so inconsistent. If I say I want 1 cream 1 sugar then sometimes it's good and most times it's way to sweet. So I changed it to a half of cream and a half of sugar and same thing. Guess it's time to get it in the side

This location is usually okay, but today the food was crap and the service subpar. My card "declined" although it had several hundred on it, they just didn't have the patience to insert the chip again. Also the vanilla "cream" donut had no cream in it. I usually have patience with the half teaspoon of cream these donuts usually have, but today there was NONE. Lazy, sloppy food and service. We should all know better by now. Tim Hortons is a waste of money.

- Ordered a small order through Uber Eats and it took 1 hour and 25 minutes to arrive - They forgot my 2 hashbrowns - They had the wrong meats on each sandwich

Avoid Tim Hortons and just go to Dunkin. Don’t waste your money here. Store is dirty, employees literally couldn’t care less- no sense of urgency. Today I placed an online order to which they couldn’t fulfill half of what I ordered. They suggested I either cancel the order online or they could try to substitute half of my order with things I didn’t want. So I tried to get a refund online, to which Tim Hortons replied that they just simply don’t have a way to refund me. So now I am paying $13 for nothing? Not happening. I went back in the store to now try to substitute the missing items instead of losing my money all together. Employees were just about the most unprofessional crew I think I have ever seen, couldn’t have cared any less that they had people waiting at the counter. After waiting and finally getting food and drink, coffees taste stale- like they were brewed the day before. I will never be back. Thankfully Dunkin is right across the street.

i ordered a sausage wrap then they give me bacon wrap. i also ordered a hash brown and it was hard like a rock.
Almost every time my boyfriend and I stop at this Tim Hortons, our order is ALWAYS wrong. There is absolutely no sense of urgency. The staff do not communicate with one another. We have had someone lie about a machine being broken multiple times when it is working just fine. We have gone inside after being told the espresso machine is down and some how it is fixed by the time we go inside to ask. IF there was a different Tim Hortons near our house we would boycott this location all together. Unfortunately that is not the case for us. This is getting ridiculous. Charge more for drinks and food that aren't even prepared right. If it was once in a while I wouldn't complain but it is just about every single time. This is the first Google review I have ever left. Clean house or re train. Your store is awful.

Tim hortons has the best coffee.only problem out of sleeves so you don't burn your hands carrying cup.
Stopped in for a quick lunch while out running errands. Were serviced pretty quickly and order was correct. Food was mediocre but it was expected.
