Tried the chicken Cobb salad at TRATA tonight. The atmosphere is great — a modern, upscale-casual spot in Rochester with a lively vibe and a big craft beer selection.

As for the salad, the bacon was definitely the highlight — crispy, flavorful, and the best part of the dish. Unfortunately, the rest of the salad fell a little flat. The ingredients themselves were fine, but overall it tasted pretty bland, and the blue cheese jalapeño dressing was very subtle, almost hard to taste.

Not terrible, but not something I’d rush back for either.

Awesome adventure to visit an upscale location in a building you used to be assigned to in the military.
Rustic but updated vibe, food was amazing, service was good, atmosphere was lively, and entertaining!

First time I’ve ever ordered from here.

My burger was so burnt that even after working a 14 hour day and looking forward to a hot meal I tossed the shit in the garbage…because my dog wouldn’t eat it either.

This is like a straight up brick of charcoal. There’s no way anybody worth the oxygen in their nose allows that to leave their kitchen and get passed off to a paying customer.

This is a $20 cheeseburger?

This was a dirty move done on purpose by somebody that flat out doesn’t care.

Thank you for passing that on to me. You’re a good person.

First time to Trata. Friends are regulars, now I know why. Drinks and food are great but service is Top Notch! Gio was our server , phenomenal and Derek the manager checked in several times and was so friendly. We will be back!

The atmosphere at Trata’s is unique. Food was enjoyable and I don’t think I’ve had a better burger. I enjoyed the selection of beers on the beer wall, which I’ve not seen before. Derek, the manager was outstanding and engaging. Our waiter Gio was second to none. I couldn’t recommend trata’s more for a great night with friends.

Overall atmosphere was great. Service was ok. French Onion soup was served warm and the cheese wasn’t exactly melted on top. Burger was messy, don’t think it works with the bun and flavor was off. Our drinks were good.
