My sister and I both placed smoothie and wrap orders at this location today for dinner. After getting home we notice the smoothies was not prepared properly. There were big chunks of ice and fruit throughout that you could not drink through a straw. My sister ate hers with a freaking spoon. You could hear her having to chew the big ice pieces up. The sandwiches just did not taste as they normally would and the other location. Imagine an 9year old asking why their sandwich tastes funny. Unfortunately $40 later and still having to cook was a disappointment. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from here and received a terrible order. Will never visit this location again.

Ordered a smoothie through the app. Picked it up & found it in a cubby with smoothie spilled all over the outside of the cup. I had to ask to have it put into a clean cup. The person I asked to do this didn’t say a word to me - just put it in the new cup and handed it to me. I walked out with it. Got in my car & noticed it had no banana in it or any peanut butter that I specifically asked for and paid extra for. It was over $8. This was my first time ordering & will be my last. There’s a local smoothie place that has a much better atmosphere, better service, way higher quality and price is lower.

When you walk in you can smell the pork so thick in the air it’ll make you sick if you don’t eat pork.The staff are careless with new customers almost arrogant. They bank their service on the idea that a customer won’t return the item for a refund. This store isn’t anything like the other one. It’s obvious they only take care with regular customers and they trust that most people won’t have the time to return the product and therefore they don’t have to be held accountable for their shotty service. ?Vegetarian options: I would not trust it with cross contamination and carelessness added to the smell of bacon getting into everything i would not dare.

First time trying this place...OMG it is SO good! I got the sunshine smoothie and it was reminiscent of orange julius but 100 times better! The fruit flavors were very balanced and you can tell that they use fresh, high quality ingredients. You can order online to customize your drink or food. I love the options to add things like collagen and probiotics - what an amazing idea. And you can customize the amount of sugar-choosing between turbinando sugar, Splenda, half half or no added sugar. I'm definitely going to be a regular at this place(and hey crumbl is right next door so it's a win-win!). I'm so glad we have this in Rochester.Dietary restrictions: Options for lower/no added sugar available

If you want to have zero friendliness and expertise please visit this location. I wasn't greeted and waited 2-3 minutes before one of the workers came to the register. There were 3 people behind the counter talking to each other and didn't even acknowledge I was there. I asked about a few ingredients and the worker had no response. I asked if they had an option with just one fruit and the worker rudley stated "we don't have anything with only one fruit, only what's on the board". Not a good experience!

I asked for a avocalada smoothie without pineapple for my child due to an allergy and the smoothie came with pineapple ! He wasn’t harmed but could have been. I think management should reiterate to their employees how important it is to pay attention to allergens and should also delegate responsibility better in terms of which employees they allow to take customers orders being that there may be language barriers.
