You should definitely visit this place for its exceptional pizza. The crust is perfectly crispy, the sauce is rich and tangy, the pepperoni is perfectly seasoned, and the cheese is melted to perfection. The customer service is outstanding, making every visit enjoyable. I look forward to returning, as this is one of the most classic and outstanding pizzas in Rochester.

Best pizza in Greece✅ Best tasting pizza in Greece. Best presentation of a pizza in Greece. Best price/value of a pizza in n Greece. Family owned. Fresh ingredients. Yes Carbone's, they deliver. If they had cup and char P (neither does Carbones) they'd have zero weaknesses.
Outside of Charlotte Tavern in the city and Giuseppe's in Gates, I'd say this is Rochester's best all around pizza. I'd put it against anything, anywhere.

Very friendly place with a good size menu; 7 different kinds of wings, calzones and appitizers. Everything is made from scratch and fresh. Their quality is consistent. I love their pizza and every Friday is 🍕 Friday in our house thanks to Trottos. They carry some Coke products. Occasionally parking can be difficult. That just means you have to park a few extra spaces way from the door.

If I could give TEN STARS I would. The pizza is hot, fresh, nice, thick and so damn delicious every time. The crust is so crispy, when you take a bite it’s heaven. The trottos wings??? DELICIOUS, its spicy, sweet, tangy, crispy and overall a must have every order. What a great spot with such nice people who day in and day out make this food with love and I can taste it. Crazy, but the pizza re-heats like a dream!!! Still crispy and the pizza doesn’t fall apart or get soggy.

Horrible customer service with Madison. Refused to deliver my food due to lack of staff. Refused to allow me to speak with her manager Josh Trotto. He’s unavailable and I’m out 80$ single mom I don’t have money to splurge this was a nightmare. Never order from here no

At 65yrs old it would be fair to say this is not my first rodeo. Lol. Tried them all over the decades, and this pizza is my favorite. Good amount of sauce, fresh ingredients, tender crust, and seasoning is very tasty!
The sauce is great, toppings great, but the crust/dough is equal to cardboard. My jaws hurt after trying to chew this pizza. Flavorless dough.
