If you want a place with zero service this is the place. don't bother tipping. you order on a touch pad, pay on a touch pad and your food is brought by either a robot or conveyor belt. food quality was sub par. not impressed, but thought I would try it. will not return.

The sushi was very good! The environment is very welcoming, not aesthetic, but I was very comfortable. Parking is kind of tight, but we went on a Saturday.

Update 2025: This place has gotten worse. Very few things were fresh. The unagi was sadly barely edible. There was one roll with snapper and spicy tuna that was good, but nothing else justifies the price.
Review in 2023 It was very busy when we came but we got seated quickly at the bar. Service was good and friendly but foodwise it was only okay, and didn’t have some basic Japanese menu items like agedashi tofu or condiments like togarashi. If you want to try different fusion rolls then it might be interesting to try, but if you’re hoping for standard quality sushi there are better places in Rochester.

it was enjoyable. however, the membrane wasn't removed on the squid for the squid nigiri and the clam nigiri was a little tough.

I enjoyed the different concept of dining with the sushi revolving, little interaction with servers with your food coming down a line. You can also order food from a tablet on your table. The food was typical Asian. The atmosphere is casual, and the process is efficient. The first time I went there was a waiting line the entire time I was there, but it moved quickly. We waited about 15 minutes. I went back again today and will visit often.

Highly overrated for subpar sushi…. All the sushi had the same ingredients and changed one ingredient in each. Over priced and left to eat elsewhere. Grocery store sushi is better than this place. Stay away….

Half assed sushi, relying on gimmicks like robot waiter - when actual service is sub par- keeps this place busy. The Crowded parking lot made it so we were 7 minutes returning to our reservation and were turned away. Maybe some off hour Tuesday lunch visit in the future… but for now, no thanks. I’ve eaten here many times prior to this recent terrible experience never super impressed. Wegmans takeout late in the evening is about the same as far as the sushi goes.

We really enjoyed this place! Loved being able to see the food and decide on it. Will take people from out of town here.
My only feedback is more variety on the carousel. It was really nice to be able to sample the rolls that were on the menu by taking the 2 pieces and then ordering the whole roll if I wanted more.
However, some unique off-menu options and chef’s choice on the carousel would add to the adventure.
If you LOVE sushi as much as me- you must check this place out. Service is fast and the food is Amazing! They even have a robot that delivers drinks. The revolving sushi conveyer belt makes getting the sushi you want -easy & fast! Highly recommend. Enjoy!
