I'm a loyal Customer who frequents this establishment @ least TWICE a week. Due to covid, a call is sufficient to accommodate my orders which are usually ready and accurate. However LATELY upon making numerous attempts to call using same number always advertised, you CAN'T get thru. NO one answers or a busy signal is encountered 1 min then a few mins later an answering device CONTINUOUSLY comes on. This is each day AFTER 3PM. Yet, they ADVERTISE BUSINESS CLOSES @ 6pm! It's understandable to experience this on certain days and during busy times. But EVERY day around this time? This is NOT acceptable. So as a result I've decided to simply FORGET ABOUT PATRONIZING UNKLE MOES which is too bad, esp after so many years.

Friendly and great customer service. Food is reasonably priced for the portions. It's a Rochester gem for food.

My family and I came here from Syracuse. We stopped by after going to the Strong museum. It was my first time. Our server Ebony was a sweetheart and so attentive especially with accommodating us as well as three somewhat rowdy kids. Unfortunately they didn’t have a few things that we wanted but what we did have was absolutely delicious. I had the wet cajun wings with greens and red beans and rice as well as a bite of everyone else’s food at my table. The greens were the best I have ever tasted hands down! The owner greeted us when we came in and chatted with us a little about Syracuse. I will definitely be stopping by here again! Thanks again for your hospitality and delicious food and also for the cabbage

The gravy rice and mac and cheese were really good; but the Cajun wings (wet) were bad. The seasoning was really strong and when I smelled it, it burned my nose. Which made it very hard to eat I have a very high spice tolerance so the spice wasn't the problem (there was none). will be coming back but definitely not for the wings.

Never again will I listen to y’all in reviews about food places this place was beyond terrible ordered 17.00 worth of food gave the waitress lady a 20 at curbside pickup she brought the wrong people food I opened and looked at she took the bag back in and I’m pretty sure still sold them not knowing if I had COVID or not then me thinking I got something only to get home and the rice was spoiled they recooked it the cabbage was tangy the chicken was aight until u start chewing it and it’s bland and terrible then they disrespected the macaroni and cheese was it made with spoiled milk my stomach hurt all night in my sleep I will never come here again I won’t even ride past this place

If you're looking for a soul food place to eat; this is the best place in the Rochester area. The staff is very polite and courteous to their customers.???

I was fortunate to go to this restaurant about four years ago and I've been coming back ever since. Their food is great and plentiful and I always bring back at least six bottles of the Unkl Moe's barbeque sauce. I highly recommend breakfast, lunch and dinner at this restaurant. Must try!!

ONE OF THEE BEST SOUL FOOD RESTAURANT IN WESTERN NY. OWNER AND STAFF VERY HOSPITABLE. FOOD IS VERY DELICIOUS.

The food was ok had the ribs,Mac n cheese and the string beans The waitress for curbside was courteous.

The bbq here is really delicious here and the service is top tier. I highly recommend you try them out. Everything here is finger licking good!

Not worth the money....chicken was dry and only 2 small ribs? Sorry....overrated!

I didn't get no cornbread with both of my orders!

They make some of the best BBQ and the they have one of the best menus out there too. Not to mention the service was great as well.
