Steak tasted freezer burnt and A1 couldn't cover the taste. The shrimp tasted almost like a hot dog. Friends sub was burnt through.he asked for ketchup and received about a tablespoon worth in a container. Hope my first time there was just a fluke

I would leave zero stars if it allowed. The deep dish pizza seemed old and was cold in the center and warm around the edges. Pasta was extremely bland. Service was terrible. We were sat and then after 10 minutes the host came over and asked if anyone had talked to us which they hadn't. It was obvious a waiter was trying to leave and refusing to take tables. After a while the host ended up taking care of us which was appreciated. Will not visit again!

Waited almost an hour minutes for salad, soup, and a sandwich, which was the entire order for my table. There were 2 waitresses with 7 tables ( so 3.5 tables per waitress) and only me and one other person at my table. Waitress never asked how our meal was and if we needed anything once the food finally came. My chicken sandwich was cold and very very dry. Waited another 30 minutes on the check. Will not ever be coming back.

There was time where Uno's was some seriously decent quality food. I even worked there myself for a few years in college and one thing I was always proud of was that we turned out a good meal.My wife and I stop by tonight for dinner craving some deep dish pizza, and it was a gigantic disappointment.They're running a limited menu because of covet which is okay I can definitely understand that.We ordered a shrimping crab dip for an appetizer that came with something called Pizza chips. Having no idea what the heck those were we asked our waitress who described them as crispy triangles. She was an absolutely horrible waitress.the crispy triangles I'm sorry Pizza chips are basically fried pita chips. They give you eight or so along with a cup of soup that they called dip. The soup was fine it just wasn't a dip and there wasn't anywhere near enough Pizza chips. We ate 3/4 of it with the spoon that came with it.We did get a pizza and we went with the Chicago classic. One of my proudest things we served was the sausage in our pizzas. they were huge meaty chunks of real authentic Italian sausage. No more. what we got and said was some ground sausage that was okay but was a far far inferior ingredient that anything that would have went into the food when I worked there.The other entree we ordered was the rattlesnake pasta which was used to be a favorite of ours. Its Spacey Alfredo dish with jalapenos and chicken. Apparently you no longer comes with a garlic bread that it used to, the sauce was thin and flavorless, the pasta was overcooked and there was a 2 oz serving of dried grilled chicken thrown on top.I cannot understand how this is anything like the restaurant that I once worked at it's fallen so far that it's it's truly shameful.

We ordered pizza and a salad. Both were good but a bit pricey. More than in the past. We haven't been there in a while and thought we would try again. Service was okay... Nothing special. Wouldn't necessarily be on my top 5 to return to with the many choices around.

Staff was friendly as always. The place seemed clean and employees seemed to take all necessary precautions. The food was delicious too.

Took near 20 minutes just for someone to wait on us to take drink orders and our food. Our food took an hour to receive and the appetizer we ordered came AFTER our meal. Absolutely unimpressed and not surprised there are never many cars in the parking lot when I drive by. Not good.

Today me and mu husband ordered two uno burger with fries for pickup , the burger was not good as usual .. very thick patty with fire burn taste and the fries were not fresh ?

Waitress was wonderful!! Even though they did not have mozzarella sticks and gave thin crust and not deep..the waitress was apologetic and very nice. Great customer service
Service was not good staff was rude. Waiter got my order wrong. My steam veggies came out so mushy only thing good was the pizza and my steak. Will not be returning to this location. Service and food quality is lacking tremendously from my last visit oover a year ago. Disappointing to have this experience when I was waiting for so long to go there.

ZERO STARS! We called in advance to see if we needed reservations or if there was a wait. The gal who answered said "god no we aren't busy and we probably have 1-2 customers right now. Get to restaurant, waited 5 mins before anyone came to the front to seat us. We waited 15mins as we watched the three workers. No one even came to offer water or acknowledged we were seated there. We drove 1hr from buffalo to try this place! What a waste of time. This place looks run down, outdated and apparently no quality

Ordered and paid online, pulled up to curbside for pickup. After 15 minutes of waiting (you call to tell them you are there) I go inside to ask about my order that is now an hour old (ready in 25 per order email). I tell the hostesss we have been waiting and she calmly handed over our food. No apology for the wait or not coming out to curbside. Restaurant was NOT busy, I don't know what the issue was here but not going back.
