We always have a great meal when we dine at Cristo's. We had a reservation and our table was ready when we arrived. We ordered an appetizer, a salad and 2 pizzas. While we didn't give any specific instructions, the food all came out at the same time. I anticipated the salad and appetizer would be served first. This is the best Italian food you will find in the town of Gates. The owners are there all the time and are very involved with the restaurant and talking to all its customers. If there's anything you need, they're the first ones to get it for you. They are amazing people.

We usually make a reservation just for convenience. Food and service is always excellent. The atmosphere can change depending on how crowded it is (it can be noisy). Come early or late on the weekends to avoid that. New specials weekly starting Thursday night - usually a homemade pasta, seafood and steak / meat dish. Never had a bad meal and Chris makes the rounds to make sure everything is well.
