pure and simple , the store has taken a nose dive on every level since the old man passed away ! I would have to write a book to explain all the ways . but we the consumer know and the big wigs definitely know the tactics to increase profitability !!

Why are you limiting Milk to one gallon per customer? My sister has 4 children and goes through a gallon in one day. She is NOT a hoarder. So not only is she inconvenienced, she has to go out more to potentially expose herself to the Virus before she goes home.

Their pharmacy is horrible. On several instances they’ve needed to order or get approval from doctors and haven’t informed me. I show up to pick it up and THEN they tell me. At that point good customer service would be to contact the doctor but instead the staff just shrugs their shoulders. This has happened numerous times and I’ve had enough and will be switching pharmacies. Retrain you’re staff to be more customer service minded.
