There’s no need to fill up every single mayo container When this many people are in live !! Maybe a “someone will right with you “ would make us eel a little better instead of being rudely ignored!

I love my experience with Wegmans Meals2Go! It is very easy to order, menu is very rich, food is always fresh! prices affordable! Staff super friendly! Wegmans at Titus is right by the corner and close to my house! I usually order subs and soup for my lunch! I would like to highlight one of the nicest people working there! This lady - Jamaira, is amazing and helpful! She definitely does above customer's expectations! Since I place orders very often, very rarely there might be little delay, or something, which is absolutely normally and I understand. Even though, the way Jamaira handles situations is very professional! She was taking care of my order last week, filled cup with a soup, noticed that soup in the bowl is almost gone, even that was enough for my cup, she went to the kitchen and got fresh bowl of my favorite soup! I felt like this people really cares about customers! I did not even mind wait longer. Feel so warm atmosphere. By the way, just noticed this cute cafeteria was set up right by Meals2go. It looks so nice, not like even cafeteria, may be like Italian restaurant!

Not long ago Wegmans at Hudson_Titus (and probably others) removed the Coinstar machine where you took your change and cashed it in and paid a percent. They put a Coin machine in their stores I believe owned by the Wegmans company itself. And I may add there was no charge to cash in your spare coins. A great plus for Wegmans customers. Things changed: Tonight I stopped in and had some change I wanted to cash in. I noticed the menu on the machine mentioned a percentage would be charged to all customers for this service, just like the Coinstar days. To me this was a low-blow from Wegmans, a real slap in the mouth to the many loyal patrons. CORPORTAE GREED at its best! I wonder if Bob Wegmans, the founder would have permitted this?

I live near the East Avenue wegmans but sometimes I will travel to Hudson/Titus because the employees here are professional and care about the health of the staff and others. This wegmans will disinfect the conveyer belt after each customer use. Wegmans East Avenue stopped doing that months ago. I don't know why they have so much people standing around customer service doing nothing but socializing. Go disinfect something

Christy in the pharmacy is a dream come true!!! This is one person that really understands customer service!!! Bravo Wegmans!!!!! I'm so impressed !! I really don't have too many bad experiences but I definitely can say that Christy is a pure blessing!!! Her efficiency and kindness puts her above all!!!

I've been to this Wegmans a number of times and have always been satisfied with their selection, but today I tried calling ahead for a pizza and ended up leaving disappointed. It wasn't the worst Wegmans experience I've ever had (lookin at you, East Ave), but when a guy calls ahead for a pizza and doesn't get informed of a missing ingredient until about 5 min after checking in and standing around, something has to be said. Not going to pass any judgements, but I will describe what I saw in objective terms: Before arriving I call ahead and ask them to get started on a truffle pizza because I will be there soon. After making my way through the parking lot I walk up to the pizza bar and see 3 employees and no customers waiting for pizza. I mention that I called ahead for a truffle pizza, one of them recognizes my order and informs me that they will now get started on making it. I then stand patiently for about 5 min and then the same employee tells me that they will not be able to make it because they are missing one of the ingredients, but that they could make me a different pizza. No thanks, I say, I'll just go to a different Wegmans. I get to my car, I call ahead to the Pittsford Wegmans, and by the time I get there (roughly the same time it takes to make it), the pizza is freshly made and waiting for me! I didn't want to go there initially because the parking lot is much more hectic than the one on Hudson, but if you want good service and the Pittsford one is also along your commute, I'd definitely recommend sticking to that one. Now will this experience keep me from going back to the one on Hudson? Probably not as long as I'm going just for shelf items. But based one what one of the other reviewers wrote about getting sick after eating from the pizza bar at the Hudson one, I feel like I dodged the bullet!

Pizza department handled three days of early breakfast pizzas. They were very professional and accomodating. The pizza was on time, hot, well topped and delicious. The only complaint would be that I couldn't get caramelized onions but they are listed as an option on the menu.

The scene these Wegmans (525 Titus Ave, Rochester, NY) workers just made about a lady walking about with a container of prepared food . Obviously it's wrong for people to steal, but there was literally 8 wegmans workers outside 2 of which we're calling the police . For 1 lady. Who was prolly just hungry . They all surrounded her car and it was honestly sad to see. & it's better ways of handling it than causing chaos in the parking lot and screaming to the top of your Lungs. Shame on this management team here today. Even the florist was out there that's actually very dangerous . And the main person yelling and screaming was a bald white guy yelling at everyone to call the police when it honestly wasn't an emergency. People have got to learn some compassion . How about y'all get in here and get behind these registers cause it's looking a lot like Walmart Rochester - Hudson Ave in here . Lines so long.
Danny Wegman needs to calm down on his prices!!! Yes the stores are ok, but really? His loaves of bread are short loaves and same price!! I realized how much he"s raised those prices and they're aren't any BOGO any longer and the shoppers club is complete bull! We're not saving anything but a few pennies but yet we're over paying for everything there anyway! I go to Walmart superstore or tops for the BOGO.. Tops deals are so much better than wegmans. I'm tired of watching this person get wealthy off me. He DOES NOT care about his community.. He's robbing us with our eyes wide open and getting away with it! Living the good life while so many of us are living paycheck to paycheck
