it's happening more and more that their meat is crap. when I get at home it smells horrible and looks like it was butchered by another animal..... these are supposed to be pork country spare ribs, I will pay extra money to go to a butcher. sick of wasting my money at that dump

The Lyell Avenue Wegmans always goes above and beyond for us. Our company often places very large donut orders (14 dozen or more at times) and they are always so helpful and accommodating. They even went so far as to decorate some Halloween themed for us today! Management offered to help us take them out and load the car. Excellent service at this location!

Peppered Salami on the Rosemary Demi Baguette is one of the best sandwiches at Wegman's. It is a great place to go to to get lunch.

This won't be the best pizza I've had, but the service, quality and pricing are second to none. Always great customer service, the pizza is always fresh and done well. A lot of things are priced highly at Wegmans, some things oddly, but the pizza is not one of those things. So, you get very good pizza at a great value. The same thing at Salvatore's, for instance, let's say thin NY Style Pizza, + 2 toppings, is twice the price at Salvatore's. My only gripe is they occasionally run out of mushrooms. But having received OLD food from other places, we'll say KFC, I appreciate the fact that if you run out of fresh, you take it off the menu. Highly recommend.

Customer service is rude! When you call they don’t even answer the phone and ask you to hold they just answer and put you right on hold. It doesn’t matter how busy you are, you still have to show good customer service to EVERYONE! In store AND on the phone!
