I couldn't spend money because we waited in line too long and not one employee recognized us. We decided to leave after a while after noticing the frosty machine looked disgustingly dirty.

This is the SLOWEST Wendy's in Rochester, but aside from that, I don't have any food complaints. I went through drive-through, so I'm unsure about the atmosphere, but next time, I might go in because it has to be faster than the 15-20 minutes spent sitting in drive thru.

Ordered a $7 biggie bag and my sandwich is hard as bricks, there’s no bacon on my sandwich at all. My fries are hard and cold. Why serve food like this when you know it’s already bad?!? I need a remake immediately or my money back.

I never failed to have the worst experience at this Wendy’s location each time I come here whether it is to pick up an order for DoorDash or place an order for myself. The employees are just rude. Their attitudes are nasty. They are very Unhelpful and lack respect and customer service skills that is the manager included. The place is always dirty and they discard any customer that walks through the door. Maybe if they actually work and did there job they wouldn’t be so behind on orders and frustrated. If I can give this place a zero star for each visit I would. Corporate’s needs to come and observe their workers. I am disgusted.

Unfortunately, this restaurant gives a bad image of Wendy's. At night, they are lazy, even if you have two orders, they give you one or the other is not there. Yes, they are really ill-mannered. By God, it is a good thing. I even avoid Wendy's.
Open at 6:30 a.m. is a lie - No one is at the drive thru even at 7:00 a.m. Missing out on a lot of early morning business with staff that are not ready to go.

I wish I could remember the girls name that I wanted to drag over the counter but I didn't let my intrusive thoughts win lol. There is a girl with glasses and a high yellow stud there with gorgeous eyes. They are wonderful but the one girl they need to let her go. They should be staffed better for rushes they should not have to over work themselves and management make sure your employees are being polite and somewhat jolly with the customers it makes the experience that much better

I don't like to give negative reviews to places, but this is the only drivethru I've ever been through where cashiers were rude/unprofessional enough to hit on me on two occasions. The first guy asked if he could take me out sometime, and when I said no, asked if it was because he worked at Wendy's. The second guy asked if I was single. Look. This is a Wendy's. I want my food, not a date.
