This is the SLOWEST Wendy's in Rochester, but aside from that, I don't have any food complaints. I went through drive-through, so I'm unsure about the atmosphere, but next time, I might go in because it has to be faster than the 15-20 minutes spent sitting in drive thru.

My food was ready in a timely manner, and it tasted like normal Wendy's food. But it was a mess behind the counter, which had me worried that the food would be a mess too. Also they were out of every non-sugar beverage except unsweetened tea.

We kept trying to give our order at the drive through, but the employees in the background were yelling at each other so loudly the poor lady who was trying to take our order could barely hear us, causing us to have to repeat our order three times to her(no problems with the girl who was serving us though, she was trying her best). However, she DID get our order right, no thanks to her colleagues, so I guess at least it wasn't for nothing. All of this to say I've definitely...
