Takes 20 minutes to get your food Everytime you go in. Sometimes they don't let you inside. Sometimes they can't take drive through orders.

This restaurant was very dirty. It seemed like they moped the restaurant with the grease from the grill. Absolutely disgusting! I once enjoyed eating here, but not anymore! They also ignored my wife, and I like we didn't exist.

How are you going to give me a BACONator and Asiago chicken club (that also comes with bacon), without bacon??? Especially when we asked for the bacon to be extra crispy. And then not answer your phone? That’s crazy.

Food was cold , dry out like it was old and made wrong . Waitied almost 10 minutes at counter just to have order taken . Only items that were made correctly were the drinks and those you get yourself !

This Wendy's is a joke. I don't know who runs this place but I think the employees have him hoodwinked. More often than not, there's a problem when you go there. Either you need to go inside (they are not taking drive-thru orders) or you need exact change and they are not taking credit cards. What an embarrassing operation. Wendy's is generally known as the higher-end of the 3 fast food burger joints. This Janky store must be a front for something else. Can't trust it !

I’ve tried this Wendy’s multiple times. And every time , I feel as if there’s an issue with my order or just with the staff members in general. Even with only drink orders. who doesn’t love w grape sprite ? I’ve either asked for light ice no ice or extra ice and I get the complete opposite.. The. When at the counter or drive-through window when you ask the employee to rec correct their mess up they look at me like I’m crazy.
Today I went in on my lunch break. I work fairly close to this location. Ordered my meal and in the background, there was an employee singing and rapping over the lady trying to take my order with the headset on.
To repeat myself to three times for her to take my
Order bc of the background noise inside the STORE !! I’m always getting charged for extra sauce when I don’t even get the original sauce that comes with the meal that I ordered. It’s a shit show every trip ! Never again. 4 tries dor thia location was apparently four too many !

I have tried four times to give this Wendy's a chance to give at least fair customer service and have the food I want to order. The first time they were only taking cash. I left to go to ESL to get cash and came back within five minutes. When I returned with the cash they were changing shifts and not taking orders. The third time I went back they were out of chicken nuggets. The last time was a nightmare. I didn't get my full 10 piece chicken nuggets meal ( no fries) and the wait in line and the drive through was 15 minutes. The female waiting on me was not friendly and it sounded like she was arguing with her co-workers. Needless to say I will not be going back to this Wendy's ever again. Good luck if you attempt it.

Both bathrooms the toilets were full + covered with pee, no toilet paper. Empty drive through and quiet lobby, but the workers weren’t getting any food out to the customers and were messing around and yelling in the back. They only take cash. Total waste of time, left and went to Taco Bell.
