Suspicious Activity Concern
My visit to this Wendy’s felt highly suspicious from the start. I was told the credit card machine was down and they were taking cash only. When I asked for a receipt, the employee was “out of paper.” I was then given nearly eight dollars in coins as change, which felt intentional and unusual.
To make it worse, the food was barely warm and tasted old. The combination of cash-only, no receipt, odd change, and poor food quality makes this situation extremely concerning and worth immediate investigation.

Food was nice and hot; however... The order taker was confused on how to fix my order, staff seemed very disorganized and slow. I waited about 10 minutes for a very basic order . Oh; btw the side door was locked and another customer had to let me in. This was at lunch time!!

Worst customer service I have ever has in my life. No total at the window or at all f9r that matter not thank you just straight up aggressive like my getting lunch in a dead drive thru is messing there day up. Don't work if you dont like it. This place should close not good in anyway

Yet again, a horrible experience at this location!!! First off handed my wife 5 bags all in one hand, so of course one fell. No apology, not a word!!! The pops were over flowing so they spilled everywhere and one of the pop lids wasn’t on all the way so of course that spilled as well. She ordered regular nuggets and got spicy.
Host: Demariae was very rude at the drive through speaker and when I came up to the window to pay and get the food I could clearly see her rolling her eyes and being nasty to other customers. Very disappointed that we have people like that working with customers, if you dont like what you do then find something else. Dont take it out on your customers.

We were helping ppl clean up from a concert and we came at around 11:45 and the guy told us they were closed. 😐 Bum stuff we get it's late but lying is a bad policy

Takes 20 minutes to get your food Everytime you go in. Sometimes they don't let you inside. Sometimes they can't take drive through orders.
This restaurant was very dirty. It seemed like they moped the restaurant with the grease from the grill. Absolutely disgusting! I once enjoyed eating here, but not anymore! They also ignored my wife, and I like we didn't exist.

How are you going to give me a BACONator and Asiago chicken club (that also comes with bacon), without bacon??? Especially when we asked for the bacon to be extra crispy. And then not answer your phone? That’s crazy.

This Wendy's is a joke. I don't know who runs this place but I think the employees have him hoodwinked. More often than not, there's a problem when you go there. Either you need to go inside (they are not taking drive-thru orders) or you need exact change and they are not taking credit cards. What an embarrassing operation. Wendy's is generally known as the higher-end of the 3 fast food burger joints. This Janky store must be a front for something else. Can't trust it !
