Multiple occasions of witnessing unprofessionalism at this location. On 7/12/25, at approximately 9:00pm, we witnessed a young male worker working the drive through window accept a “hit” of a blunt/marijuana from a customer driving a truck in the drive through ahead of us. On a more recent occasion (maybe 9/29/25 around 8:30pm), we were pulling up to the drive through menu when we saw the employees (several male and at least one female) sitting in the parking lot smoking. When the female worker noticed us driving up, she turned on her headset she was wearing while outside smoking, and proceeded into the store to take our order. It seemed sort of unprofessional. It seems the late night staff are an issue for us since we typically go after 8pm.

Don’t bother going to this Wendy’s unless you want your card info stolen, your order completely wrong, all while also dealing with the worst customer service you will ever experience in your life! They hire the worst people consistently and it’s not worth doing any business with this absolute joke of a fast food restaurant.

Ordered a large fry and 10 piece spicy nuggets. You give me a half full cold fry and 9 regular nuggets…? Ever since the old mgr left; this place has gone to the bottom of local Wendy’s locations. So ridiculous

I like this Wendy's but half the time they are out of chili or don't have potatoes and those are like the two things I can tolerate in the menu since getting my gallbladder removed that no one else has

Just got back from ordering two salads through the drive thru for a quick meal at a soccer game. Salads came with no silverware and no dressing, guess we’ll be waiting later to eat. On top of that, it took 10 minutes for three cars to make it through the drive thru.

Probably won't return to this location or Wendy's overall. Service and food quality is really hit or miss, one time we came for dinner and everything was fresh and the next return we were told they were only accepting online orders. The last visit was for breakfast, the other Wendy's location wasn't open for breakfast so we decided to try this one, service was good at least the employees showed up, but the food was horrible, think we're done trying the Chain overall.
Read your reviews....... no need to say more..... everything about the place is bad..... tonight 6/5/25..4:40pm ...... no taco salads, so we drove the the other Greece Location on Ridge Rd across from Texas Roadhouse. This location had 2 Taco salads, no sala, no straws, no napkins, soda machine was half of selections. the selections they did have tasted bad. The chili had large pieces of hamberger broken up in a watery sauce. All waste stations were overflowing. Some tables were covered with garbage, floor was a mess. both places need to be shut down. Both places are a disgrace, we used to be there twice a week. we will never be back.

Horrible experience. The staff is rude. Makes you wait at the speaker box when they aren’t busy. Then forgets about you so you drive forward and hear them instantly take the next persons order. Then make you drive around and give you horrible attitude. Opens the window after seeings it’s me rolls her eyes and closes the window. Then shoves the food at me rudely and says your welcome aggressively and slams the window closed before I have an opportunity to respond.
Just to be clear I didn’t say thank you. So don’t say you’re welcome. I don’t thank people for being extremely rude.

since it opened, every few months, i try again and the food is always stale and old tasting. the nuggets are hard and cold, the fries taste like plastic and freezer burn, the buns are hard in places like they are really stale and honestly my order is almost never completely correct. no sauce, wrong sauce, burger customization ignored, ordered spicy nuggets, get plain (that one happens constantly) if you dont have it, tell me, i will change to a spicy chicken sandwich then.
