since it opened, every few months, i try again and the food is always stale and old tasting. the nuggets are hard and cold, the fries taste like plastic and freezer burn, the buns are hard in places like they are really stale and honestly my order is almost never completely correct. no sauce, wrong sauce, burger customization ignored, ordered spicy nuggets, get plain (that one happens constantly) if you dont have it, tell me, i will change to a spicy chicken sandwich then.

Was great when it opened. Quickly turned into the same as the other two Wendy’s in Greece. Constantly out of everything, can’t pay unless you have exact change. No napkins. And please tell me how this is a $5 large fry, 1/4th of full. Did not eat one fry and this is what I paid $5 for?
Not very good service. Seemed like a lean crew working. Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a biggie bag. Chicken sandwiches chicken was hard and it was missing tomato.

Worst food and service!!!
They got the order totally wrong and when we tried to tell the counter person we were told to stand on the side and they would be right with us.
15 mins later after they finish with all the other people ordering on line they asked us for a receipt that was never given to us.
They said we needed a receipt to get the items that were missing.
The counter person said she couldn't help us so we asked for a manager, that was another 10 mins.
We asked for the order to be made fresh and she said we can't do that without a receipt, which was never given to us. When we asked her to look at the cash register to find the receipt she said they were to busy.
When we said she had to do it, she put her hand up in our face and said Iam not dealing with this and walked back to her office.
We asked the counter people what her name was and they all turned their backs to us and ignored us.
Never got the order straightened out!!!!!
What ever happened to is respect for the customer. That's what happens when you have little kids running little kids.
We will never be going back to this place again!!!
No ice in soda machine. Men's urinal out of order. Men's room Soap dispenser empty.

This Wendy's on Latta road was very clean. The workers were so nice. Friendly. The food was terrific.

Food was great. But there was trash thrown out in lot and I just watched a female employee with a long blond braid walk around picking it all up before she went in. 👏👏

This place is joke!!! It took FOREVER to be acknowledged in the drive through, they deleted my order, told me I couldn’t order a potato because they were out, couldn’t get a receipt because they were out of paper and they messed up my order by not giving me my frosty PLUS gave me two different sizes……

This used to be our go-to location in the area, but not anymore. We noticed the employees get progressively more miserable and last visit we found out why.
They ran out of an item that we had ordered via mobile app and didn't say anything at the window (probably b/c some ppl are mean and they were afraid to get yelled at.)
When my partner (who's nothing but nice) went in to ask about it, some guy up front took the opportunity to be a jerk about the situation. He loudly asked the crew if anybody had informed my partner about the stock issue to which someone quietly lied to save face (likely because of the hostile environment). There was a dash cam in the vehicle; we can prove nothing was said at the window, not that it was a big deal until this dude.
How embarrassing for you. Your employees deserve better than rude attitude and being put on the spot like that. Not to mention how uncomfortable it was as a customer.
Maybe bro should have come to the window to begin with instead of talking smack after the fact. I assume you're a manager (if not, someone needs to take your ego down a few notches); part of your job is to mediate between your crew and customers. If you had handled it yourself, you wouldn't have had to make a scene. It really wasn't that deep.
I hope corporate follows up with you. :)

Pulled up to the drive-thru at 9:15ish in the morning on Saturday. Said to them that the menu still read lunch and I couldn't be sure what I wanted. They said well we didn't have time to change it. I said okay. Well then I'll just come in and order, to which they said well we're not open inside the store yet. Instead of sending somebody out to change the sign to breakfast or whatever they need to do they let me just tell them well then forget it and drive away.

The worst location in all of Rochester. Good luck trying to get food past 10pm. Those of us who work late in the industry should get able to grab something quick on the way home when you are "Open until 1am". So many times I've been told sorry we are closed at 10-1030. Tonight I sat in line with 4 other cars behind me and noone ever even came to take an order. Just close at 10 if you don't want late night business.
