Stop scamming on French fries. $5 for a large fry, you didn’t even fill up enough to cover a medium. You people constantly forget items, rarely get an order right, and now just scamming. Worst Wendy’s location I’ve seen

The woman cashier yelled at me today when she saw I went to pay in cash. It was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. The floor was also very dirty and I have come here many times and it’s usually always dirty which is unfortunate. Food is always 50/50 chance weather it’ll be good or not. Prices are just absurd these days, thought fast food was supposed to be cheap but somehow always spend a fortune here at Wendy’s even when trying to order cheap. Used to love Wendy’s, sad it has gone downhill this much.

Disappointed that this seems to be another location that can't follow an order. It's pretty easy to not put any toppings on a burger when someone's mobile order explicitly lists zero toppings INCLUDING CHEESE, but I have yet to go to a Wendy's location that can manage to not put cheese on my hamburger even when told multiple times that I don't want cheese. Didn't realize until I got home so I couldn't get it replaced.

Girl on front counter is the rudest person I have dealt with. She can never remember what your order is even though there is a screen in her face telling her. Gives you wrong items and then when you politely say it's wrong she wants to say oh my god that's not what it said and when I show my receipt she wants to mumble even more under her breath. She looks like a hot mess with her hair all over and wearing sweatpants to work.

Check your food orders always wrong lately. Girl on front can't get anything rite. The manager is not very friendly or helpful unless they forgot to charge you for cheese then she's all over it. Save your self the trouble and go to the one on buffalo rd you will get way better service.

They hand out the free chicken sandwich card for 52 weeks. One a week and no idea how to check the correct date . The girl is clueless. Marked the card wrong twice now. Does not know the meaning .The week of so and so date on the card. What a joke!

Food can be better than other chains though just suffering custom service. Half the time you order customizations like no tomato or a condiment they just ignore it. Maybe mayo they pay attention to because im sure forgotten no mayo will spark wars.

Multiple occasions of witnessing unprofessionalism at this location. On 7/12/25, at approximately 9:00pm, we witnessed a young male worker working the drive through window accept a “hit” of a blunt/marijuana from a customer driving a truck in the drive through ahead of us.
On a more recent occasion (maybe 9/29/25 around 8:30pm), we were pulling up to the drive through menu when we saw the employees (several male and at least one female) sitting in the parking lot smoking. When the female worker noticed us driving up, she turned on her headset she was wearing while outside smoking, and proceeded into the store to take our order. It seemed sort of unprofessional. It seems the late night staff are an issue for us since we typically go after 8pm.

Don’t bother going to this Wendy’s unless you want your card info stolen, your order completely wrong, all while also dealing with the worst customer service you will ever experience in your life! They hire the worst people consistently and it’s not worth doing any business with this absolute joke of a fast food restaurant.

Ordered a large fry and 10 piece spicy nuggets. You give me a half full cold fry and 9 regular nuggets…? Ever since the old mgr left; this place has gone to the bottom of local Wendy’s locations. So ridiculous
