I've eaten lunch at the Wendy's Restaurant at 3190 Latta Road, Greece, NY many times. The employees used to be friendly. The restaurant used to be clean. The food used to be good. I used to look forward to having lunch there. After my 2 most recent visits, I have to say that is no longer true. Last week I walked into the restaurant at 11:05 a.m. It was not busy. No one was in the dining area when I arrived. There was one person waiting for their order and only one other person in line ahead of me. I waited in line 13 minutes, watching the employees shuffle around like they didn't know what they were doing, before the 'hostess' was ready to take my order. She did not greet me or smile at me or say thanks for your patience. Once I had placed my order, it took another 10 minutes for me to receive my order. The employee that handed me my order didn't smile either or have any kind of look on their face that one would call pleasant. There was no apology for the slow service. My food was barely warm. The drink dispenser was filthy - splattered with orange soda. The ketchup dispenser was filthy too - dried ketchup smeared all over it. From my table inside the restaurant, I could see that the outside trash receptacle was filled to the top and overflowing. This location has really gone downhill - from very nice to absolutely horrible. Doubtful I will return.

First off, I would like to mention that this establishment is not "bad" but the manager sucks. I work there and she(manager) has no sense of consideration for her employees, is really bad with time management, and if something that she did goes wrong then she plays it off as a joke and blames someone else. Quite recently, she brought her dog in to work, which meant bringing it through the kitchen area where we are literally preparing food. She thought nothing of it. I'm pretty sure that's a health violation but hey, she knows best I suppose. She hires way too many people and half of them are in high school so during the day when said high schoolers are at school, we are incredibly understaffed. She always is just wandering and when I'm trying to do something she just gets in the way. Even though I specifically asked for more hours this week and for the future(I have worked here for about a year as a part time job while in college), I always get a very small amount. I have a picture of her dog in the office also. If possible, I want her gone.

Stopped by around 10pm to get dinner for myself and a drink for my girlfriend, when I got to the drive thru menu I had let them know I needed a minute to think about what food I wanted to order, I heard an annoyed sigh on the speaker and then it went quiet. When it came time to place the order, I had ordered a combo meal and when they asked me if I wanted anything else I ordered a small drink for my girlfriend. Instead of reading back the order or asking for anything else after, it went dead silent for another 5-10 minutes. When I got to the window to pay, they looked confused and asked what I ordered when I handed him my card, he said he was going to take care of another order while I was sitting in at the widow while there were other employees just standing around. When I mentioned what I placed, I told them exactly what I ordered. When they said there was no order placed, I asked if they can take the order at the window since the inside was locked and they refused to take the order. It seems like the employees at this location need proper training on the POS system, how to take drive thru orders and be accommodating if there is a screw up on their end. It seems to be happening a lot from the numerous times I’ve been coming to this location hoping for a better experience but the service has been progressively getting worse and worse.

Has been going to this location for over 3 years, but this time they hired workers who come just to talk with each other and not work. Made an order at 2:54pm was the only drive through car. Paid at the window, they didn’t provide a receipt and told me to move forward because the other car is coming after. Which car???? It’s first come first serve service. Then the car behind paid for the order and picked it up, while I was still waiting for my order. Then another guy came out and game me a food, and asked if I got drink, which I didn’t. While I was still waiting for a drink now, another car was paying and picking up an order. My order had only 6 items which I was waiting for 15 minutes. Need to be more responsible while hiring new stuff which can ruin a reputation of that location.

dude, first of all…. asked for extra mayo and got literally nothing on it but a drop, and then… the drive through speaker thing was soooo fricking loud like i mean it’s very loud, idk if it’s just today or what but like jeez, they never give me mayo >:(

I've had some bad experiences here like one time there were a group of 5 old men siting inside and i was trying to go inside to order because my window on my car does not work but the DOORS WERE LOCKED so i stood out there for 5 minuets waiting for someone it took about 25 minutes until i got my food.

Wish I could put a zero. But I can’t. I ordered three 5 dollar biggie bags. Jr. Bacon cheese burgers. When I went home there was 1/2 piece of 1 slice of bacon. I called the store to ask how many pieces come on the sandwhich. She said two but their running out. I said oh no. Why didn’t you inform me when I was ordering. She said come back I’ll remake it. I said no thank you. I don’t eat from any place that like to serve the bare minimal and try to get away with it .I return to the store. The store manager states she can not refund me any of my money at all. I showed her the full drinks and food in the bags she still refused to refund me. Stating it’s against her general mangers and her policy. I told her it’s illegal to run a business with no refunds. Long story short. No refunds to certain people. Horrible I will be seeing McDonald’s

Shoe3d up at 8:46am and all doors were locked. My work truck does not fit through the drive through. My morning was ruined thinking wendys was going to be a good breakfast stop.
