Visited drive thru Location @Lake Ave Roc. My order was biggie bag, my fries and nuggets were stale so I drove around and ended up waiting for the staff to answer to re order, at this time the doors were locked finally a young person answered and I told her I would like to exchange fries and nuggets but I could keep the sandwich which I assumed was warm. No problem..(Right) Got my new fries and nuggets hot ate them on my way to my destination. Here's the kicker opened the sandwich and it had a bite taken out of it!!!! Never order from this place again. Attempted a follow up with manager, very ghetto very unprofessional! Tried to reach Flynn Corporation no answer. No follow up , I didn't want a refund, just the satisfaction of letting them know about the customer service, meeting the manager I see why the quality is so poor! Please do better, when people are spending money it's the least you can do.

Today July 20 2025 I and my family go to buy food .my husband go to drive tru the lady who take the orden she very rude and rushing and when my husband go to the window to get my food my husband ask something and the supervisor o the manager star to rush,rude and scream to my husband. This happen today at 3:15 pm this manager is very unprofessional and nasty.
I was so hungry, took a while to get food, I started eating. As soon as I got the bag, fries theywere cool, and the hamburger was cool. The thing it was not busy.

I am so sick and tired of this crappy location. Always dirty, always closed, I can't ever even door dash here. It's a waste of a location and staff. I used to work for a Wendy's for 3 years on west commercial street. Never seen anything like this.
