Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo. While eating my second bite of fries, there was red hair wrapped in the fries. Not a strand. Alot of hair like a ball of it. I was so disgusted. I will never go back there again.

Hours are definitely wrong. I pulled up at 11pm and there was a food delivery truck blocking the drive thru. Managed to get around in hopes of ordering at the window but without even opening it someone mouthed “we’re closed” and walked away.

The people skills are horrible! For the past 90 days!!! They hiring people who don’t know what they are doing. From young & old staff. They don’t know the job and customer services sucks no one there wants to do the job from the Manager to the crew members. I don’t think it’s fair to everyone that they don’t care and treat people horrible at this location!

It's a Wendy's. Pretty decent quality stuff. This is an inner city location in a typically high-risk area, and I feel like they're doing pretty well considering their surroundings. There are items on the drive-through menu that are no longer available (such as the No. 8 Pretzel Bun Burger) that have gone un-updated for some time. That needs to be addressed.
