Twice in the past month I have gone here. The floor heading to the rest rooms was covered in grease and I almost slipped. Food was not good. Went to the drive thru tonight and got the food home, it looked like it had been sitting around for hours. In the trash it went. Won’t be going back to this location.

I should've taken a photo. Looked like they took a giant spatula, scooped out a bunch of mayo and slopped it all over the chicken sandwich and Jr cheeseburger I ordered. Took a few bites because I was starving. Threw out more than half. Absolutely disgusting. This will be my last time at the S Winton rd location.

Possibly the worst Wendy’s anywhere. When I was there, literally everyone in the store was in line. Took a half hour to place an order. Cooked food was okay, but there were no condiments in the place and almost no paper products. Soda machine dispensed beverages that were noticeably short on taste (syrup). Didn’t really matter which beverage desired. Tried to place a complaint in the Wendy’s website. Complaint wasn’t accepted even after store number and zip code were inserted. Obviously, they don’t care how bad things are.

I placed a mobile order, drove there and noone came to the speaker. I drove around, noone came to the window. So I parked the car and went inside. Every single employee including the manager were sitting at a table talking. Not one person was working or had a head set on. My food wasn't ready, not only that each employee laughed at me and made rude comments. Not one person apologized. The girl threw my bag on the counter and walked away. The food was cold and hard and the employees are the rudest people I've ever dealt with at a fast food restaurant.

Avoid. Decided unfriendly staff. Dont think they liked my type lol. Clean tables cause the staff scared away all other customers lol. Don't come in - just get takeout - if you dare.

It seems there take the drive thru orders as precedent over a eat-in customer. This Wendys was filthy. Dining area all tables were dirty, the floors were sticky. The bathrooms were disgusting, no TP at all in 1 bathroom. Do not stop at this Wendys. Management if they have any should be ashamed at the unclenliness of this place.

a couple weeks ago my partner and i stopped in to eat lunch. we were going to eat inside as we had to leave to do something afterwards. ordering our food was fine but all the chairs were put up on the tables; i know they werent mopping since the floor was sticky as always and it was like 12:00PM on a Saturday. we put down the chairs for one of the tables so we could eat and when i went to pick up our order from the counter, the young woman behind the counter very rudely said “you have to put those chairs back up when you’re done”, and rolled her eyes at me. Weird experience.

Just left this location. The speaker wasn't working. Couldn't hear a word the person was saying. Very muffled and quiet. I thought I heard the person say, pull up to the window. I pull up to place my order and the person says they were trying to tell me to wait to place my order... The line is completely empty and has been for several minutes... No idea why there would be a wait, but then I try to place the order at the window and the person tells me to pull around again, and someone has pulled up behind me... The person also had the AUDACITY to tell me the speaker is working just fine, because they could hear ME, as if they don't understand that it's TWO WAY lmfao... This is why you pay fast food workers minimum wage. Whoever is working the drive thru at 4:45 should be fired. I just left and took my business elsewhere
