We have tried twice now to go here since it was renovated. The first time they screwed up and missed half the other. Then tonight wait 15 min in the drive thru for cold food. Terrible service, recommend that everyone stay away until they can improve. Find a different Wendy's, just don't waste time at this location at South Winton.

Saturday evening. Kind of a rough crew. Cashier, maybe in training was pretty lost. A young man really stepped up. Maybe an off-duty employee was hanging out at the counter, on a video call with someone.

I wanted to ask to see if you could get a bacconator doubled. When I asked the worker hit me with "we have a menu" I just laughed and said yeah I see that but will you double the baconnator. (This isn't on the menu hence my asking) It got followed up by it comes doubled. I genuinely can't tell if they just didn't care or if something else was going on. Do y'all pay your workers enough to care? Won't be going back because I fear you're not paying your employees enough. Food was great tho exactly what I would have expected from a Wendys

Maybe it's because I'm no longer a fan of fast food, being that I'm no longer a child but I believe that wendys can up their game on their food. It's dry, and slapped together. It's not just location either. I ordered a large fry and each fry was a tiny burnt piece
Food was cold, fries were terrible. I do not recommend this wendys. If you are, slow food should not be saved it should be cooked fairly to order. French fries should never be oily tasting, soggy and cold. They need to have management figure out what is going on. 13 bucks for a meal is exspensive. I can go sit in to a reall diner with quality food for the same price. Not satisfied at all

Ordered a big bacon classic a Dave’s double and a baked potato. Upon arriving home found no butter or sour cream and the wrong burger’s. Went back to the restaurant only to be given the same burger’s with bacon and told I would not be compensated.
