I had kids making a ton of noise in the room above mine for hours going till 10 at night. Instead of losing my cool, I told my receptionist and then went for a walk to Wendy's. I had some mac n cheese I had been making between this and the friendly staff taking pity on me not driving I was able reset my anger into joy. Nothing beats mac n cheese with chili n coke on a cold evening to just fill you with Comfort Food joy. 10/10 would late night's cravings at Wendy's again, possibly with the car I left at the hotel.

Not impressed with his location. This restaurant is DIRTY. Not just the tables in the dining room, but everywhere. It's gross. The folks working during my visit were in absolutely no rush to do anything really. It took far too long to even get to the counter to order and there was only 2 people in front of me. There was no sense of urgency of any kind to serve customers. The only thing good I can say is that the food was decent. The entire rest of the experience was very disappointing.

I would not stop at this Wendys. They took 30 minutes to get our food out while other cars were waiting as well. You look inside and see a bunch of young employees hanging with their friends on their phones messing around in the lobby not working while there is a line outside. I will never visit again. Very unprofessional

Ordered a drive thru order in the app, had to wait 10 minutes at the speaker for the old lady working there to say anything, when I said the name of the order she said my order wasn’t there for her (i had verified i had sent it to the right location with her several times) until she just rudely said i should just go back around the drive thru and order it again instead of actually trying to help (no one else was in line mind you). Never ended up getting it

I have eaten it several Wendy's locations over the years. This was the third time at this restaurant. This unit really needs to up its game a bit. Service staff seemed disinterested. The restaurant is also a bit dated and could use a refresh.
Wendys from Hell. Burger meat half the size of regular Wendy's burgers and burned to hell...shredded lettuce rotten tomato ends Lemonade poured from pop machine instead of fresh lemonade. You can taste the old oil in the fries and nuggets. Had to go inside to get missing item from order... The person walks by me 4 times talking to himself(?) ignoring me. Finally another person gives me old fries unsalted. Skip

Horrible service. Place a mobile order in advance and waited 20 mins for the food after being ignored at the window. No one in the restaurant and 2 cars ahead. No one got their food at the window just pulled forward.
