Worker that took my order was speaking about tattoos with another customer when taking mine. Ended up marking wrong product. The worker took my order wrong and tried blaming it on me, refused to fix issue. Unprofessional.

So stopped for lunch ordered some biggie bags, service was good, food was good but the inside of the restaurant was atrocious. Place was about 60 degrees. The soda machine was disgusting, look like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Go to use the restroom, toilet looked like it wasn’t cleaned in weeks and the sink was full of water as clogged and water looked like it had been in the sink for awhile. Then on the way to the car, apparently the “maintenance guy” seemed to be having a bad day as he thought I was talking to him and I got the middle finger. Very professional manner. Will never visit this location again. Dave would be rolling over in his grave.

Idk who was closing the other night but I’ve literally never had a worse drive thru experience before. Lady taking the orders was loud, rude, and abrasive to the point it genuinely made me uncomfortable just overhearing her take other peoples orders. Hire more or better staff as I doubt I’ll ever return to this location.

I placed a mobile order while getting gas to save time. My order took forever 3 walk ins and 2 cars behind me in the drive thru got their food before mine. The food is had recieved after waiting was cold. I then missed my daughters girlscout Halloween party.

Drive thru staff were unfriendly and apathetic. Cut us off to tell us our totall THREE TIMES while we were still ordering. And then they forgot a part of our order. Really upsetting experience.

To update, they are horrendously understaffed. Something is wrong if it takes 10 minutes to get from order completion to food in hand.

Got Krabby Patty meal. Food quality was decent but didn't get the stickers people were talking about that come with it and it was a long wait to get the food. (20 mins drive through with maybe 6 cars)
Waited half an hour picking up a door dash. Hire more people or shut it down
