First time my order was wrong ok fine. 5th is just ridiculous. If I’m ordering a biggie bag there’s only three things in the order and you forget two out of the three and I have to sit there and say like hey you forgot this. The workers are constantly high and just physically slow. And from a DOH point of view this place is a mess.

Gave me 2/3 of my meal. Employees were not welcoming or enthusiastic. Forgot to unlock door 4 hours into being open, aswell as many things you should do before opening.

Slowest fast food this side of the river. The food comes out good usually if you don't mind waiting 45 minutes and having your orders entirely lost you will get good food from this wendy's

The food here was so bad. Everything was like it was cooked at 8am yesterday and not refreshed. Fries were cold and dry like cardboard. Fountain drink was flat flat flat. They forgot my dipping sauce for my nuggets. No one was dinning there. Like really bad. Don’t know who’s managing this place, but damn.

Every tine I go here, I get a weird vibe from the employees. They look at you as if you are an alien being, or a ghost… It seems like this Wendy’s is a portal to a Twin-Peaks-esque alternate reality where nobody is a real person yet everyone is still rude. I realized I was getting sucked into the portal when I glanced at the clock and saw I’d been sitting in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes, waiting just to speak to the person behind the speakerphone (it was not busy by the way). Luckily, I reversed out of the drive through before getting trapped in a time loop and having to spend my whole life there… This place is just unnerving and always an eerily negative atmosphere that should honestly be studied. Get some social scientists on this immediately! I almost want to tell the employees at the window “blink twice if you need help!” This experience happened this week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (today). All three days I chose to leave before getting food because the wait was so ridiculously long. Perhaps I am the one to blame! This may be the universe screaming at me to avoid Wendy’s at all costs… Well I’m listening to that voice from now on …

The staff was on point... Definitely not enough employees per volume however they handled their own! ...3 ⭐ "atmosphere" had nothing to do with the restaurant staff; landscaping needed work. Thought this location was condemned when we pulled in! Food was great tho.

Second time I've been there and somehow they lost our order. We sit and wait and nothing. When I ask, they scramble to get our food. No apologies! Won't be back to this location!
