Something is always wrong at this location. Currently their drive-thru speaker is not working so you have to order at the window which means everyone in line is waiting for the one car that can only place one order and wait, at a time. The last couple visits which I spread out over months, the soda was flat, which they did not warn me about the speaker and then were weird/unhelpful about when I wanted to exchange it for something else. Probably the worst location in Rochester, which is funny because it’s in one of the best neighborhoods and the other fast food locations in this area are top-notch.

Their dollar biscuits were incredible while they lasted but generally I find their regular combos to be too expensive. In 2025 they want 4.50 for the same bacon cheeseburger that used to be 99¢ in 2013. I know that's almost 13 years but more than 4x the price for lower quality food? Sadly I will only go to Wendy's if they have a good deal now.

Not happy!! I visit the area monthly for an appointment and today I had my 4 year old granddaughter with myself and my mother we travel 3.5 hours here, a verbal fight breaks out between employees, swearing ridiculously. The manager did come out and talk to us, but seriously do better

The customer service makes this Wendy’s location unpleasant and the service is unacceptable. They forget things a lot and employees give attitude like it’s your problem. I pay for this food with my hard money the least they could do is get the order right and be kind. The past month I work late closing shift and get out of work between 9 and 10 pm and I just want a quick dinner, lately the service is awful. Here’s a couple issues: I place a mobile order and they stopped serving frostys at 10pm?!! Forget my drink, Seem to not put cheese on chili(cost a $1.50) or give any sauce or utensils(how am I gonna eat my chili). Skimped soggy fries. I give them my money and in return I get attitude when I ask for food I paid for. I understand people forget things, I get it we are human, but I’ve been coming to this location for quite some time and it’s been happening often. The service is unacceptable and unprofessional . I wouldn’t recommend going to this location unless you like to experience dissatisfaction.

Hair in food. Terrible customer service (no greeting, she looked bored, and was very rude when asking what sizes we wanted). Half melted frosty. A high-schooler spilled ice all over the floor and it wasn't corrected. An employee also slammed the door walking in from the back and yelled, it spooked some customers.
