Terrible customer service and they are thieves. I ordered two meals a large Spicy Chicken number six and a Hot Honey number twelve. We waited 10 minutes for our food and then the manager came out and brought me one sandwich. I paid $27 for our meals and asked for a refund because one the young girl at the window was rude and two I ordered two meals and waited 15 minutes total to be brought a sandwich. It gets worse. my best highlight of Wendy's was 32 years ago. I was promoted to assistant manager and transferred to the Liverpool NY store and met my wife and where married a year later
