Wendy's west ridge road. Can't believe how down hill they have gone. One star for the chili. Rest of food was absolutely awful. Inside was completely filthy from top to bottom. The cooking area was disgusting. How do they even pass health inspections. Never again will I go there. Couldn't even eat and didn't dare ask for refund

Horrendously slow service here. I placed a mobile order and waited about 40 minutes in the drive thru. When I finally got my food the woman who handed me my food said "Sorry for the wait, but all your food is fresh." I reached into the bag and grabbed a hard, cold fry. All my sandwiches were cold. And my soft drink was flat. Extremely disappointed and won't pick up from here again.

I can't believe what a garbage place this has turned into. The drive-thru operator can't be bothered to speak clearly, and doesn't know what food they have and what they don't.
I just tried to do a mobile app order, at a reasonable hour, and was told they were out of most of the food that I had ordered. They told me to cancel the order through the app, but the app indicated I had already picked up the food and so didn't give me the option.
The manager was no help, she didn't understand what was happening, but confusingly said that they did have the food that I ordered.

12/31/2024-7:20pm. Whoever was on shift other than the one attentive cashier needs to be fired. Incredibly rude night shift workers. Food took TWENTY MINS to prepare. There’s no way, there wasn’t even that many cars in the drive through line! The cashier said “thanks for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience” but I know she was embarrassed! Once I took the food back to my girlfriend, we saw both our sandwiches were never wrapped and just thrown into the bag! And we were only given a few fries as well, I am incredibly disappointed and these employees suck!

No one but one girl at the front doing their job. Give that girl a raise, more hours, something because everyone working there TONIGHT at 8pm 12/26/2024 were just yelling, swearing and goofing off. I feel sorry that she even has to work with those children.
I love Wendy's food, I think it's some of the best fast food around. I don't like that they changed their dining rooms, every time you go to get soda IT'S A MESS around that machine (sticky floor,wrappers,lids and so on). The tables are chairs suck, the design is terrible. I just went in one the other day and they didn't have ONE Christmas decoration let alone any pictures on the walls. NO CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS🙏,holy cow really?? Still love the food when it's right 👍

I went inside to order because my orders have not been right going through the drive thru. I thought it would be faster and I could check and make sure it was correct. There was no one waiting. I placed my order and waited 45 minutes! Are you kidding me! That is so ridiculous. I know the drive thru was steady but that doesnt mean the people in store should have to wait an exorbitant amount of time. My food was cold and frosty melted. I will not be going there again!
