After waiting on for a period of time, I decided to look over-the-counter and discovered the disgusting kitchen area and cooking area absolutely appalling left without ordering

Horrible drive through attendant. She did not offer me a receipt, and snapped at me, when I asked for one. And, when I called the restaurant that day to report this, and the next day, No one answered. Good food, bad service at the W Ridge Rd, Greece NY location.

This Wendys has gone so far down hill. Inside it was so disgusting. There was splatters of food on almost every window and surface, the floor was sort of sticky, the freestyle machine was pretty much out of literally everything. One of the screens inside had a blue screen of death (I guess it also gave up all hope there?). It was honestly sad to see. The counters behind the counter itself were also gross and had splatters all over everything. I don't know what the heck has happened here, but it was like a completely different world. Oh and there was an employee in the back having some sort of meltdown and screaming and cursing. It was honestly the most strange experience I've ever had at a Wendy's.

The location only seems to have teenagers working who are more focused on yelling at each other, swearing, and arguing about who is supposed to be performing what. They are more focused on discussing how much longer they have left in their shift instead of making food and helping the customers. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Plus I waited 20+ min for them to mess up my order and forget some items completely.

Walked in for lunch on a Friday at 1130am. The young girl at the counter was on her phone and couldn't be bothered. I had to get her attention to place my order. I then waited for my order. I only ordered chicken tenders. No drink, nothing else. I see a bag on the counter so I assume it's mine but it's probably empty because she hasn't called my name yet. Meanwhile, she's still on her phone. Several minutes go by so I check the bag myself and see my order in there. She says sorry and goes back to her phone. I also didn't order to go. I planned on eating in but she never asked. There's no sauce in the bag. I asked for sauce. I eat my food and try to get a napkin. The dispenser is empty. I go up and ask for a napkin. No response. She ingnores me and continues on her phone. I ask louder and then she gets me a napkin. I'll never go back here.

As far as breakfast goes, the food is usually stale and cold. Almost as if the food was sitting for hrs and not atleast warmed up. The fries here is my least favorite, you can ask for fresh fries and they'll come out cold. The burgers are usually good here.

We try not to come to this one. Tonight we thought we’d chance it. 4 kids meals, all PLAIN cheeseburger. Specified JUST meat, cheese, and bun. Apparently that means definitely add ketchup to all of them.

Now… I get that this is not a world-ending issue. But my daughter is allergic to tomatoes. Not in a life threatening way, but in a “this will make me feel really crappy for the rest of the night” way. This is why we get them plain. It would have taken zero effort to NOT put ketchup on these sandwiches.

Stinks since we live so close… but we’ll be going to the one on Latta from now on. Please figure this out.

Ordered drive through....was closed to orders unless you did mobile. Was told they were shortstaffed. Food was dryed out, overcooked and tasted old or stale....didn't get correct items.....

It was the nastiest Wendy's that I ever went to. The floor was so sticky. The tables were dirty. I told the staff. He wiped off the table but did nothing about the floor. I will never go to that Wendy's again. 👎🏿

I’ve been to this Wendy’s a good handful of times in the past and everything’s always been normal and fine. Today, I pulled up to the drive-thru and it seemed like they’re doing one order at a time, which is fine if it’s understaffed or busy etc. (although I don’t think it was) I waited a few minutes at the speaker and was able to place my order and saw it on the screen, a BLT chicken sandwich biggie bag w nuggets, extra fry, and a frosty. I paid $15 for a burger, spicy nuggets, no extra fry, and the wrong frosty (asked for the Oreo brownie and got the brownie batter, I was going between the two so whatever but still). I did not inspect my bag fully as it looked right from a glance before I drove off. I literally could only eat the fries and luckily had someone to give the rest to and not throw it out. I guess this is a personal reminder to check before I leave, and maybe a reminder to employees to also double check before it goes out. As someone who also hands out orders every day, it takes 2 seconds and helps avoid this problem!
