Good service, nice atmosphere but the food was less than average and the prices are astronomical. $50 with tip for two deserts. The berry ice cream was nasty, like they mixed a can of strawberry quick with vanilla ice cream. I wouldn’t go back, I would rather go to Phillip’s European for deserts…

The food was delicious, it’s pretty pricey but good. The server Carina was great and very attentive to us and we were able to stay and talk and enjoy the atmosphere. The only issue I had was that the decaf coffee was not great. The server was kind to heat it up for me and attentive to me to make it a good experience but the flavor of the coffee itself was rather gross unfortunately.

I could not tell the serving sizes of this place based on the menu and that should have been the first red flag. You would think that for $25 you would get a good portion but NO, they gave a small skimpy cheesecake slice with a pathetic scoop of icecream. They claim the ingredients are fresh but it tasted like wegmans cheesecake and breyers icecream. Even if it IS fresh or “quality”, a SINGLE SLICE should ABSOLUTELY NOT BE $25. Save your money. The food is not that good and the server was rude anyways.

I have been twice to this place and absolutely love the desserts and ambience. It is definately expensive but the ice-creams are of great quality! There is this server called Samantha who is super nice. She offered a few cups for my son to play with, and that kept him occupied. She did that just so that I could eat happy. What I hated was the only thing about another server. Didn't bother to ask his name...he was a short guy. Extremely arrogant. I am shocked how someone like this can be in the customer service. Clear discrimination. If I don't go back to this place, it would clearly be because of him!

I would give zero if I could. We were left waiting for a table and treated like we were invisible … people who came in after us were welcomed and seated right away.. clearly my party wasn’t white enough to be seen. We left the place after this racist treatment. Will never go back…

We were left waiting by the hosting staff for over five minutes while others were served instantly. This treatment made us feel discriminated against, leading to a deeply disappointing experience.

Dessert was good, definitely expensive. This isn't a place you go to a lot, that's for sure. My two gripes were the table we were seated at and the fact that we were charged full price for tea when on the menu it said we could add tea to our cake for $3- something instead of $7. As for the table, If you're a 4 top do not let them seat you in the corner booth. It is the least comfortable spot, your elbows are in each other's food and it's awkward AF. Only two people could comfortably eat in that booth, honestly, unless they pulled up a chair, but the way the table is positioned that wouldn't be very comfortable either. We just made the most of it but now we know for next time.

White Rabbit is an awesome place to have a special dessert with family or on a date. They have an awesome variety of traditional and sensational options. Recently went to the Henrietta, NY location and Brandon was an awesome host that took care of my family. We sat in the front corner booth which was perfect for the kids. Loved our desserts and we will definitely be back.

10 minute wait while there were 5 open tables and 1 table that needed to be cleared. Here is an idea hire another server and the 3 groups waiting to sit could.

Beautiful dessert restaurant!!! Came here for my birthday. They played birthday music for me, which was so nice of them. The server Sadie was so so so nice. Get the s'more waffle ice cream!!!! We only ordered two desserts and it was more than enough for two people.

For the price I paid for a sliver sized piece of cheesecake and ice crème was ridiculous expensive. The quality or quantity did not warrant the price. I suggest going to Cheesecake Factory or your local supermarket instead of here.

So refreshing to receive good customer service in 2024 (sometimes seems like a lost art). Ice cream is so yummy and they have amazing employees ? adorable inside as well.
