An experience is what they're serving and that's all they are serving. The place is nice, but the menu cover is an AI generated image, which basically set the standard. We sat down and it took 10 minutes to be greeted followed by another 10 for drinks to finally be brought. It wasn't very busy either. The food was also sub-par. For the price you pay, you would expect something exceptional, but the menu is full of nutella and novelty trends. Small portions are fine for desserts, but the plate did not reflect the price. I had a brownie dish with ice cream, drizzled with syrups and some kind of nuts, which decorated the enormous plate and my ice cream was half melted away when it got to me. Flavor-wise, it was very average, and an amateur can make better at home.

Also, if you thought having servers sing for your birthday was bad, they blast 'happy birthday' over the speakers for the entire dining room.

The waiter was a white male and he served us on 1/10 at around 8 PM. There were only like 4 people yet he was slow and forgot to get us water. The ice cream also melted too quickly so we just drank soup with the crepe.

This is our 3rd time at this restaurant but 1st review. It is the perfect place to get dessert with friends/family. Everything we’ve tried is delicious. For this visit, we tried the apple-y ever after, the cookie academy, NY cheesecake, and the peanut butter kid. Ariana was our server- she was great!

The desert was absolutely amazing. So many options to choose from, and they all look good. Atmosphere is great, and so is the service. 10/10 would recommend for a desert place. GO HERE!!!❤️

I was really disappointed with my experience here. I ordered the Dubai chocolate strawberries expecting something rich and worth the price, but they had little to no chocolate on them. I was given attitude and handled poorly with management when I addressed this issue. For a place that specializes in pastries and sweets, this was a huge letdown. The strawberries looked rushed, tasted plain, and soggy. Definitely didn’t match the photos or the promise. Not worth the money, and I won’t be returning unless the quality improves.

I took my grandson and daughter here today after school and was very disappointed. the prices are ridiculous for what it is. the waffle cone pieces were stale and the ice cream was mediocre. my grandson had a milkshake , I had a one scoop strawberry ice cream and my daughter had a peanut butter ice cream waffle cone. it cost me 44 dollars. thays just stupid for ice cream. the waiter was sweet. we were the only ones there. definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend this place .

Lots of interesting desert choices, with large portion sizes. However, a bit pricey for what it is.

Have a nice Day

Update on 10/6/25, so your response its that you make daily batches of icecream, belgian chocolate sauce and premium desserts but nothing premium about your dry and stale cakes. Why not bake cakes in house too? 1st time here. $15 for a slice of cake that was so so dry and it tasted like its been left uncovered in a fridge for days. You would think that for a place so expensive you would get cake baked fresh at least the day before, nope im sure they sit in the refrigerator untill its sold days later. It was the red velvet cake with just sauce and for what i see in other reviews dry cake its an issue and they dont care to fix it as they still serve it old and dry. Sad you go to cheaper places and the cakes are moist and flavorful for half the price. The milkshake was ok but needed more icecream, the consistency was more of a chocolate milk but the taste was great.Server was great. Music a little too loud. Pretty decorated inside. Not worth the price.

The desert experience was outstanding, everything we ordered was delicious! Service was slow, but it was fairly busy so I’m not too bothered. Well worth the wait.
