I've been buying from Whole Latte Love for more than 20 years. I'm on my second machine and my latest machine started having a minor issue about 2 years after purchase. They quickly diagnosed the issue via email, and covered the replacement part! How awesome!There's a reason why customers keep coming back to you. It's the high-level quality of service that you know you will get and the fact that they stand behind their products. They don't duck their responsibility. They just handle things. I have really enjoyed doing business with Whole Latte Love for over 15 years. Recently, I had a problem with an espresso machine I bought from them over 10 years ago. They were quick to provide very clear instructions with pictures, which I think were custom written for my specific problem. It was a high heat circuit breaker on one of the boilers and I was able to self-service and am now back in business!! It is refreshing to get this kind of great service, especially when I think most companies have missed a step in these post pandemic times!

The upper hinge on my Gaggia Babila broke and would not allow the front to close so no coffee. I called customer service and talked with Tim. Who sent me some videos on how to change out the hinge. Four days later after the parts arrived I'm back in the coffee making business. With the help of these video's it was a breeze to repair. Thanks again Tim for all your help.

My Profitec 500 had an intermittent issue with maintaining temperature. Tim and the tech team at Whole Latte Love Tech diagnosed the problem and was extremely communicative and regarding my Profitec 500. He sent me the updated relay part I needed and clearly explained how to fix with step by step video instructions. It took me about an hour to disassemble the cover and complete the rewiring of the new part.Now enjoying every cup of beautiful latte. Love this coffee machine!

I had an issue with my ECM Synchronica. The PID was not working and it was leaking water from the Steam Boiler.Working with the Tech Team at Whole Latte Love, we were able to determine what the problem was without spending a ton of money sending this 80 lbs machine back to Rochester to get it fixed and sent back. After several communications and tremandous assistance, we determined what the problem was.I am not technically inclined but to fix the problem, I followed each and every step sent to me, ordered a $10.00 gasket, reinstalled it in less than 5 minutes and "VOILA" - the machine was up and running like new!This is precisely the reason I purchased the ECM from Whole Latte Love.Their tutorials are very important to the consumer and helps us make a decision on what we want out of a coffee machine. These tutorials lead me to purchase the Synchronika.Whole Latte Love understands that the sale of a product does not end once the purchase is complete.Kudos to the team that understands coffee machines like no others, and share their knowledge to help the consumer.They could have taken advantage of someone like me and they did not at all. Whole Latte Love offers poor technical support for their products.Our company's Crem espresso machine went down due to an issue with the fuses/temp-limiter on a boiler element. So I reached out in December of '23 to request warranty support and only four months later in April of '24 did this vendor send out the parts to my local tech for the repair. Waiting four months for a resolution was not good, but the communication delays were inexcusable—there were regular 1-3 week delays in WLL's response on their ticket system. This despite follow-up calls and follow up emails. Moreover, these lapses in communication were exasperated by apathetic techs over the phone (with tech W being the shining exception!) and the WLL techs asking for bits of information in a series of exchanges (then usually a delay after I would response) rather than outlining all of the information that they needed from my local tech in one email.From 8 years in customer support work, I am deeply sympathetic to the challenges that make tech-support a difficult matter, but the level of support from WLL was dumbfoundingly brutal, and difficult to explain to my caffeine-deficient superiors.

I was initially impressed with them after ordering more than $2000 worth of coffee equipment. However when my coffee grinder kept jamming constantly, I initially called to ask what I can do to remedy the problem. They told me the grinder just needed to be used so the burrs can become seasoned. However after a month or two, the jamming issue kept getting worse. I contacted them again and they told me I need to clean it out more often and that I was basically using the wrong setting on it. I had it perfectly dialed in for a nice espresso shot and was cleaning it out every day. After another week or two, the grinder was not capable of grinding a single shot before jamming again. I asked to return it for a warranty repair. It's been 3 weeks and I've asked for updates, but have not heard anything since. The attitude I got was that it was my fault and not just a busted subpar grinder. I really liked them in the beginning and would have been a customer for life, I even referred family to them. After this experience, I will never shop there again. Thanks for nothing. Ordered a new grinder from a competitor because I got tired of waiting on them to fix it.

This review is based on my 5 years as a customer, starting with my first machine, a gaggia classic pro, to my present machine, a profitec pro 500 with PID and flow control. I've said this before and I'll say it again. It would be absolutely crazy to buy any kind of quality espresso machine, equipment, etc., anywhere else. The customer service is real, legit, competent, professional, and courteous. The pricing is always competitive, price guarantees on many top items, and with the “cash back” points you earn for future purchases and the customer service, seminars, one on one coaching, incredible resources, and incredibly in depth knowledge base, there is truly no better value out there, and I have looked, believe me, obsessively. Could you ever find a better deal on some piece of equipment? it's difficult to, and I learned the hard way that it was definitely not worth it for a couple of bucks.

I recently worked with April on a whole new setup for an espresso machine setup and grinder. She was extreamly kind and patient making sure to answer my never ending questions. We eventualy found just the right machine for my needs and bundled it together with all the goodies one could want. Initially, I thought the Customer Service was great as they exchanged an espresso machine, but when the second machine arrived with manufacturing defects, they quickly abandoned me. I replaced parts and fixed myself. Now an electronic part has failed and it is on backorder, I did order the part and paid, only to be misinformed of the ship date, still waiting after that date has come and gone. They do not post my honest review of the machine, nothing nasty or confrontational, just the facts. Additionally, they really don't price match. I have heard nothing but rave reviews of Whole Latte Love, but my experience has been less than favorable. Perhaps as the company ages they have lost something.
