I called to tell them they got my Ruben wrong again. This is the third time yeah and they totally mess it up. I've called the second time I called. Yeah I said the other manager from the first time he screwed up and put sauerkraut on my Ruben and when I don't eat it, she said come in at your convenience. Here's my name boom boom boom I'll get you a new one, so I called to say I was coming in and they said oh I'm a new manager and I will not honor that so today same thing happened. Sauerkraut on my Reuben and I called and she told me to come back in the pouring rain tonight and bring back the sandwich and I'll make me a new one. I'm in my pajamas cause I got home two hours ago and I'm outside deep my supper. They don't care and I said I can't believe you don't care I will never step foot in that place again. I spent $40 every time I go and they can't get a Ruben right without sauerkraut. The staff is also rude and stoned.

Went there 11pm , I pass by there every night. I said let's see if the Name coincide with the character. Wimpy from Popeye cartoon has the largest juiciest burger. Yes yes it held up to the image, highly recommend and good prices.

We order from Wimpys through Grubhub several times a month. My husband always gets a red hot combo plate. The last couple of times the hots are burned black. Does the cook know hot dogs are pre-cooked and don't need to be burned? Plates aren't cheap and this is ridiculous.

Quick service, food has been consistently good, haven't messed up my order yet. The patties arent anything special, but it's great that they have vegan options for my partner. Overall, it's an affordable option for a meal that's reliably worth it.Vegetarian options: Vegan burger options are available, just make sure the toppings you choose are vegan too.
I ordered a garbage plate Mac and home fries with 3 burgers and I got home took a shower and dumped it into my Tupperware like always because I can't finish a full plate and there is about 97% Mac Salad and maybe 2 spoon fulls of home fries ? this is the first issue I had and I called and they said bring it back we will make u a new one and it is NOT worth driving back there for them to get my order right and the girl on phone didn't offer any discount next time or have any option to make my order correct! Why do we have to do all the work when place do NOT do something per order!
I lived in this area for over 40 years and Wimpy's has been here for at least the last 18 or so. It's a solid hots and potatoes Greek style grill similar to All the other garbage plate businesses in Rochester. Great for late night greasy food that hits the spot, pricefthe same as others with specials occasionally on certain days or times.

I haven't been to Wimpys since 2015. The cashier who took my order was rude and snippy... I didn't pay attention to his attitude but the lady behind me pointed out that he was "rude and snippy" I didn't notice but decided not to tip because of it... The burger was okay and I was hungry.. my Chihuahua wouldn't eat the beef... Hmmm, dogs eat meat but he didn't want that beef... Is it beef?
