I just wanted to say how polite and kind Sam was today. I had an excellent experience with his customer service. We had an issue with our order— I call the store and he was quick to resolve it with the sweetest attitude. He truly deserves to be in management and a raise—I’d hire him in a heartbeat after such outstanding service. My husband had a great interaction with him in store. We’ll definitely be coming back just for him.
