We were wary to give this a shot since the reviews were pretty poor for a while. Well, we tried it once and we’ve been back about 10 times since! Food is always 10/10 and employees friendly and timely. Yet to disappoint in any way, we’ll keep returning for sure!! They make sure everything’s in the bag down to my dozen ranches. Seems they really turned this place around awesome job folks!!

I came at 7:59pm, they close at 8. They had one minute to serve me but refused. I’m very very offended and i’ll make sure to get the employees name and I want a refund for what I wanted to buy. This lady with red braids was so rude and gave my 6 year old cousin attitude when he replied why the door is unlocked if they are closed. Shame on them.

Food is always great, but they always forget atleast one part of my order. The woman with red hair at the counter was rude and didn't have any good customer service, she looked like she hated being there, pure just miserable look on her face and didnt even look up at the customers, and didn't even let us finish our order before telling us our total. She asked us if we wanted anything else and before my boyfriend could finish she said our total and when my boyfriend tried getting something else she rolled her eyes and said I already asked you if you wanted any else. Then she did even listen to a word I said and kept asking the same questions I already answered. Never ask for here or to go, they just gave everyone there food in bags we decided to take it to go because staff was very rude and all the tables were dirty. When we opened the bag the stuff was just thrown in there and our fries were upside down and all in the bottom of the bag.

I order online, walk in 15 minutes later, I'm told 5 minutes, and I leave 25 minutes after that...
The crazy thing to me is it wasn't even that busy.. I walk up and I asked the lady, hey how much longer, she says just a few more minutes, I wait 6 minutes after that and finally walk up and ask again and that same lady pulls the bag from the shelf.... I was literally sitting right there!!! Why didn't you just hand the bag to me and tell me it was ready!? I could have waited another 10, 20, 30 minutes and no one would have said a word.

Worst crew I’ve EVER experienced, not friendly and don’t wanna work. Girl said as soooon as we walked in. There’s going to be a 25 minute wait so you kno. That’s ok I said. She then smacked her teeth and told someone else to take care of us. Waited 5 minutes for this other girl to come to the counter to just sit there and put on her lip gloss…that’s when I said. Thank you..but we are going to go somewhere else. What happen to training your crew members. Unbelievable.

My first time at Wing Stop! I placed an online order & went in before the estimated pick up time & they almost immediately called my name, so service was great & fast. I filled my drink & sat down. Opened my bag, everything was set up nicely so nothing spilled. I had ordered 10 boneless wings, 8 bbq & 2 mild. Opened the container & noticed that the mild weren't there. Went up to the counter & the manager apologized, gave me a brownie, assured me he was putting in some fresh boneless wings & would get them right to me. He brought them right out to where I was sitting & gave me extra for the inconvenience & apologized again. I'm so impressed with the service & the food was absolutely amazing as well! Thank you Wing Stop in Greece!

I went in there trying to use the bathroom before ordering and was told I had to make an order first before using the bathroom 😂😂 don’t let me forget that there were dirty tissues everywhere and tables covered in nothing but crumbs. I see a lot a reviews saying that the staff were lovely but whatever staff working at 12:15 on 10/19/2025 was definitely the horrible bunch. Don’t go here unless you want to eat on crumb covered tables and be refused bathroom usage !!!

Selena was amazing, perfect customer service, my first time trying WingStop and she was very patient and knew all the menu options. Plus, the food was fresh, well seasoned 10/10 I will definitely come back to this location again because of SELENAAA and the crew 🤍
