Horrible service and extremely long wait times, 18 mins for chicken turns into 30-45 mins especially at night.

We were excited to try Wingstop for the first time, but this location was a big disappointment. We waited around 25 minutes, and when our order finally came, it was all mixed up. The staff was rude, which made things even worse—it was really unpleasant talking to them. When I asked if they could change something, they just said, "We don’t change anything anymore." That felt really off; usually, people don’t talk to customers like that. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Maybe think twice before coming here unless you’re prepared for a wait, mistakes, and unhelpful service

Never again. Ordered online 1hr ago and here I stand 31 minutes later and counting. IDC how good the perception of this place is, this store is a complete disorganized nonchalant disaster. I'll be contacting corporate for an explanation for this waste of time and awful product. And of course, I got home to find the order was wrong. The long wait dealing with clueless staff and complaining customers in a tight space must be their trained tactic to make you just grab your food and retreat without checking the contents first. We were missing the 2 extra purchased tenders, and the chicken sandwich was plain, just chicken resting between two soggy buns, so yeah, this store is horrible. The breading was dry and fell off the wings as you picked them up. Normally, I'd try a place twice before such a horrible review, but this place just kicked us in the pants without an apology. You'll notice an unapologetic corporation with zero effort to address these reviews to correct problems. They'll laugh as purchse,wait,wait,wait, and walk away with their overhyped overpriced garbage.

Five times in a row I’ve never got blue cheese. over the course of roughly 6 months and after buy extra in hope I’d get blue cheese I’ve never gotten it once, only ranch. I genuinely believe that they don’t have blue cheese within the store and just gas light people into believing they have blue cheese.

Busy , too busy for not good food , dry donkey wings , no sauce when chose a sauce , no ranch no blue cheese no ketchup no nothin but crusty dusty “wings” 0/10 don’t eat here lol here are shouldve marched back in and asked for a refund

I wish I could put 0 stars don’t understand how they are in business with these terrible workers sitting on there phones. Waited 45 minutes for a chicken tender order and a side of fries and the food wasn’t even cooked all the way through. If you want a good chicken place where the workers actually do something productive this isn’t your place. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. I’d rather eat my grandmas box after bingo then this place

I placed an order online and was given a time to arrive to pick up the food. When I arrived and gave the girl my name, she said “it has about 10 minutes.” 30 minutes go by and I asked the girl to check on my food. She told me that there were still 2 people ahead of me. When she did end up giving me my food, I checked it to make sure the order was right. Sure enough, it was completely wrong. I requested a refund because I did not want to wait for them to remake it. I was told that they can’t issue refunds for orders done online and that I needed to figure out how to do it online. I asked for assistance with this, but they didn’t know how to do it. They told me that it could take 3-4 business days before the refund was issued. Ultimately, I decided to wait for them to remake my food because I did not want to risk not receiving a refund. Thankfully, it was right when they remade it.
In addition to this - the workers were not wearing gloves, eating French fries while making the food, and making food for their workers on break before preparing the food for the customers. It did not appear as though anyone was “in charge” or managing the place.
The food itself was good, but I will likely not return because of my experience.

My visit was okay. This often has extremely poor customer service. Workers are ignoring me for at least 10 minutes while I wait patiently for my pickup order in the designated pickup spot. Once I receive my order it’s tossed in my direction in a very abrupt manner, while all the employees yell at each other. On top of that my Ranch that I paid an extra 1.50 for was missing. I love the food here, so I’ll continue to visit, but I hope the customer service improves. As well as the employees receiving better training. The only thing that went well was eating the food if I’m being honest.

Went in today to pick up and re order that was raw and the(Joe )manger was to busy talking about other employees and complaining about them cussing and not even helping the worker get the food ready so unprofessional and rude

The wings are okay for the price. My guess is they were understaffed the two times I've been there, so the wait was atrocious, so I guess I'll cut them some slack for that.
Just left wing stop! Waited an hour for our food and they forgot to my daughter’s sandwich. We live 1/2 hr away. My daughter said that the staff was just standing around talking!

It was extremely disappointing especially for the high standards we had set for this establishment I ordered the 40 mix wings and 4 sandwiches, fries and tenders totaled out at $100 and it was awful the cashier was untrained and took over 10 mins to get our order right and the kitchen was not cleaned the floors littered with fries and random things the fountain drinks unsanitary and messy I’m genuinely disappointed with the service and the quality of the food this establishment is going down hill and for females that value the service and quality of food you are spending your money on this isn’t the place to go @wingstop I hope you guys intervene in bettering this location because it does have potential due to high volume foot traffic but definitely needs better trained staff and management
