Terrible service. Not only does to take way too long to make your order, but I havnt gotten the right order in 3 times. Once I was missing all 3 orders of fries for our meals. This time no wings for a meal and no fries for a meal. We waited there for 30 mins atleast aswell. Definitely not going back ever. They should be embarrassed

I've gone twice and both times were excellent. I was stunned to see the low reviews but it was early on and probably had some bumps to get through. We ordered two chicken sandwich meals today. They were well prepared, tasty and the fries were hot and crispy. Everything cost $19.50 with tax which is a great deal in today's economy. You can pay $32 at wendy's to get an inadequate amount of cold fries. Wingstop chicken sandwich competes against popeye's and chick fil A. During the AFC championship game, we order 30 wings and that they were good as well (maybe a little smaller but the meat was good quality). I think they're better than the 2.1 star ratings they have averaged.

Awful cashier in this joint waited 20 mins for someone to take my order and when I got it she was picking up the phone and talking to other coworkers and placing other orders ahead of me. Food was gross and gave me severe food poisoning . I recommend to everyone to please not come

Visited on Superbowl Sunday and expected to be rushed to order on a busy day. I was greeted by LaDarris and was invited to take my time. He made a couple of suggestions for me to try and add on but wasn't pushy. Store was spotless and everyone was focused on what needed to be done. Very inviting, clean, delicious. I'd never visited a Wingstop before and was hesitant being such a busy day. I was very impressed by everything I experienced. I was told that this particular store was under new management and that the best was was yet to come. If this place can do better than they did last night then I will be back and will be back often. Great experience. I highly recommend this spot to all that enjoy wings and great service.

this girl at the pickup window is so rude. right after she gave me an attitude for no reason, she continued to give another customer one right after me just because he asked for ranch, which he walked away pissed as well. don’t come here. they’re always behind, they’re rude as hell, and the food is not great. if you don’t want to work there, then don’t!!
Ordered wingstop through the app. Said 23-28 minutes till food would be ready. Got there about 40 minutes. Waited for another 15 minutes for them to tell us they gave our food to another customer. While I ran out to car my son heard the manager say who orders $100 worth of food anyway. Well if you have a family of 4 nothing is cheap hello! $100 worth of food and gave to someone else. We had to wait another 30 minutes for a new order. I asked the manager if we could get a discount and they told me no, they would give me a brownie. Didn’t even get that in my bag! Never again wil I go back here!!!!

The food is inedible and actually a health hazard. I brought the food home, opened it up and my whole living room REAKED of old fryer oil hours after i threw out the food. Tried a few fries and wings and instantly regret it, my stomach was in pain within hours, ive never smelled food more rancid. They are actually poisoning people.

The quality of the chicken is poor small drums and small flatland over cooked and the oil isn't screaned or filter regularly. Not enough coating and the fries where mushy. The food isn't good quality and but the staff is really nice . Need to do way
