Thanks for tossing an open cup of ranch I didn't ask for into my pickup order. It really makes the experience so much more enjoyable when there is sauce all over that you have to clean up before you can eat. Keep up the good work, guys.
We asked for extra ranch and we got like 6 cups of it :) the fries were seasoned so good.

When me and my friend went to order the lady was giving us attitude and left right in the middle of taking are order to talk to her coworkers about random stuff she came back and was giving us attitude again. The restaurant was dirty bathrooms were filthy. One of the workers had family in the restaurant and the were loud and kept on going in the kitchen , they were not employed . workers came out during shift to talk to family in restaurant well people were waiting to get there order taken. We didn’t want to stay in the restaurant because of how uncomfortable we were with all of the people yelling. The seating wasn’t great there was only 4 tables which all were taken

Very poor service and rude! While ordering my meal.. the cashier stopped to service another customer in the middle of my order. Three out five women I saw working had bonnets on; one of them had on pajama pants with house shoes on. Also, there was inappropriate music playing over the PA system. Professionalism is out the window!

Food Is Not Good For The Price 🤢 Especially Whatever The Blue Cheese Is Made With….I Asked A Lady Who Seemed Like She Was In Charge If They Put Sugar On The Fries They Were Really Sweet And Heavily Seasoned I Didnt Touch Them After Being Turned Off Cause The Taste She Continued Too Tell Me In A Not So Caring Way That Next Asked For Them Plain After Spending $21 Then Leaving There Feeling Sick They Wont Get My Money Anymore Especially This One Touching Phones While Preparing People Food All In The Open 🤦🏽♀️

First off I will never go back there it’s a dirty place sorry to say but true water leak on floor everyone just standing around like it’s a hangout spot who ever is the store manger needs to take care of that and the heavy set young lady that was taking my order that’s works closing shift
thinks she be on the job she was unprofessional sagging pants laughing in my face she made her agenda to make hard for me i eat there twice a week and to get behavior it’s uncalled I won’t spend Pennies in there any more

Spent 50 dollars on food and ordered combos that COME with a sauce. Did not receive ANY of my sauce. Terrible service and their solution was to drive back to receive the sauce.

First-time at a Wingstop. There was a wild queue of DoorDash delivery drivers waiting but no one actually eating in the restaurant. Staff let us know it was gonna be a 45 minute wait, which we expected. We ordered and waited. In the 20 minutes it actually took for our food to come out, there were so many rude drivers. The team was clearly working hard to get orders out and drivers kept acting like their pick up was the only one that mattered. Food was bomb and service was great.

I walking in today the front lady was giving me attitude. She was telling people you have to wait an hour to order. And the were laughing and make fun of people the worst customer ever. Wingstop y’all need to hire new employees.
