Spent 50 dollars on food and ordered combos that COME with a sauce. Did not receive ANY of my sauce. Terrible service and their solution was to drive back to receive the sauce.

First-time at a Wingstop. There was a wild queue of DoorDash delivery drivers waiting but no one actually eating in the restaurant. Staff let us know it was gonna be a 45 minute wait, which we expected. We ordered and waited. In the 20 minutes it actually took for our food to come out, there were so many rude drivers. The team was clearly working hard to get orders out and drivers kept acting like their pick up was the only one that mattered. Food was bomb and service was great.

I walking in today the front lady was giving me attitude. She was telling people you have to wait an hour to order. And the were laughing and make fun of people the worst customer ever. Wingstop y’all need to hire new employees.

Never been to this store before but let me start of by saying it was not welcoming when I tried to come in hour and a half before closing.Immediately I was greeted with attitude “if you are ordering it’s gonna be an hour and a half wait.” And she repeated it again with an attitude. I was dumb founded as to why am I getting attitude? I didn’t roll up 5 mins before you close? I didn’t give you attitude I didn’t even say a word? I turn around and walked out. Never again will I consider this place or recommend it to anyone. If you don’t know how to treat people or deal with customer service in general then don’t work at a restaurant and if you’re a manager you need to rethink your life. Cause you’re not going to get very far.

Don’t go here. Nobody wants to do their job. You’ll be here an hour or longer waiting. I pulled up to the door and asked if they were closed considering there were six workers outside just talking NOT DOING THEIR JOB and one of the workers said ya were closed I started driving off when I seen other people going in then he shouts JUST KIDDING as I’m driving off. If I could give this place a 0 rating I would .
It took them 2 and a half hours to deliver the food. There were several wings missing from the order and what we got was barely sauced. Some of the fries were so over cooked that they were just hard. Worst wingstop experience ever.

Unfortunately this wingstop only caters to door dashers and grub hubbers. They inconvenience mobile order people by assuming they are doordashers meanwhile your food sits and becomes hard and cold and thats if they get the order right.
