First-time at a Wingstop. There was a wild queue of DoorDash delivery drivers waiting but no one actually eating in the restaurant. Staff let us know it was gonna be a 45 minute wait, which we expected. We ordered and waited. In the 20 minutes it actually took for our food to come out, there were so many rude drivers. The team was clearly working hard to get orders out and drivers kept acting like their pick up was the only one that mattered. Food was bomb and service was great.

There was a wait, but they were up front about it. The food was good. The way the staff got orders out was smooth, they did well. The customer service was on point. Good team!! 100% everything was made to order

We ordered online and it was ready when we got there, the food was still hot inside the bag and everything was perfect. We drive from Binghamton to Rochester and we always try to stop at this Wingstop. Yall are awesome
