Horrible service why is the cashier taking orders and also doing pick up and online orders while you have 6 workers in the back that look like there barely doing anything. Looking and snickering at customers waiting and getting annoyed because theres no one to help but the cashier. Then theres someone yelling sit in orders but not take out. Make it make sense. I will never come back here yall SUCK FIX IT

I placed this order 40 minutes in advance prior to showing up I waited in the resultant for another 45 minutes before I left and dont even care about the 30$ I spent yall keep litteraly made me cry no compensation nothing time money and torture counting on you to feed me in a timely manor when I pay you never ever coming back and bless who has the time to wait

I go to Wing Stop when we are in Florida. This is the first one in NY I have been too . The woman at the counter was very pleasant. The place was very clean. We had to 20 minutes for bone in wings (no problem). Got home and ALL my wings were drumsticks, not one flat out of the 10 (and I'm a flat girl). The fries were spicy for some reason. I never experienced this in Florida. I saw that they had a Chipotle seasoning but I didn't ask for it. I wouldn't think you would give everybody spicy seasoning without asking them first. I will go back and try again. Maybe the 2nd time is the charm 🍀
