I go to Wing Stop when we are in Florida. This is the first one in NY I have been too . The woman at the counter was very pleasant. The place was very clean. We had to 20 minutes for bone in wings (no problem). Got home and ALL my wings were drumsticks, not one flat out of the 10 (and I'm a flat girl). The fries were spicy for some reason. I never experienced this in Florida. I saw that they had a Chipotle seasoning but I didn't ask for it. I wouldn't think you...
I love the food here, but it really is never ready... I order an hour before I need it and go in 20 minutes after it says it should be ready and I still wait 30-50 minutes every time. This last time I got food I ordered for pickup at 6:15 and when I got there at 7:00, It was just being put on the shelf.
It is also so cold in there, I swear they always have their air conditioning on 10 degrees. Lol

This restaurant was very clean and well maintained! Colleen was extremely helpful and went above & beyond to answer my questions. I love when there is good staff it definitely shows a lot. Keep it up.
