I would have Winter Swan Coffee every day if I could. Love their coffee, love their staff, love that it is inside Stacey K Floral where I can get flowers and small gifts/cards for upcoming occasions and make a convenient errand of the experience. I love that there is space in the back where I can catchup with a friend or get some work done. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is definitely my favorite coffee drink of all time and I can’t get it anywhere else here. Thank you to my favorite Rochester coffee shop 💞.

I love their drinks but gosh is their staff rude… you’re met with condescending glares and no acknowledgement that you are even there. No wonder their tip jar is empty.

Stop by because of their drink menu. It has some creative options and they sell Vietnamese coffee. I think the owner is Vietnamese.
Ordered a French Toast Latte, pretty good. The cinnamon and vanilla provided richness to the coffee and also soften the espresso intensity.
Monkey bread I ordered was kinda dry. Taste like a day old. Also the workers have a stern look. Are they just having a bad day or that's the norm

Since they are locate in a floral shop. Both side of the business are nicely decorated. Love the high vaulted ceiling and skylight window.

Love this local shop that is both coffee house and floral shop!

Had to wait 30 min for open table despite plenty of seating.

The coffee was magical!!! Loved it!

There are a lot of admittedly “over-hyped” trendy coffee shops in Rochester, but winter swan is absolutely worth it! It has a huge, open seating area with cool plants and skylights on the ceiling. The drinks are delicious and reasonably priced- I had the dalgona latte today! It was smooth and not too sweet. Next up to try for me is their pandan latte and I will definitely be back. It’s such a pretty space and the drinks are unique and worth every penny.

First time visiting. I loved the atmosphere. I was there on a Saturday afternoon and the seating area was quite busy but I did find a table. My tokyo fog tea was good. Some other people got lattes and it came with some cute foam art. Not a lot of pastry options. I also really liked the flowers and crafts for sale but most of it was quite expensive

Ordered an iced French toast latte and it's delicious. Location itself was very nice. Baristas were pleasant. I could live with it being a tad larger for 7 bucks after tax but it was still delicious.

Love coming here, but I noticed the drinks are getting served in smaller and smaller cups yet the prices stay the same. My vietnamese coffee came in a tiny cup (smaller than the to go regular lattes) that was completely topped off of ice, which is how it is supposed to come but they changed the to-go cup to a tiny one since I was last here. Really upsetting.

Winter Swan is one of the best coffee shops around town, always friendly service and drinks are amazing. The atmosphere is unlike anything around, the courtyard to sit and enjoy your drink is super nice. Definitely check it out!

Was super excited to try the matcha but the staff and service really ruined the whole experience for me. Will not go back. Staff barely acknowledges you when you ask a question. I asked if my drink was a 16 oz bc it looked really small to me and she just barely nodded her head. When I asked if I could get the garlic cheese bread warmed up she kept doing what she was doing, did not make eye contact, and just shook her head, basically ignoring me. This place has a lot of Asian influence w the pandan and Korean garlic cheese bread. I am Asian myself and I know that the garlic bun is supposed to be warmed up when served. I was very confused when it was served ice cold and blown away by how rude the staff was when I asked if it was possible to be warmed up. Even if they don’t have something as basic as a microwave, they didn’t have to be so rude. I’m not sure why a place would sell garlic cheese bread cold. The matcha was good though.
