Finally taste the food at this establishment on 2/21/2024..In my opinion cabbage was bland They'll give you plenty of that when you dont perfer rice or salad. .Mac and cheese not an option for a side have to pay extra $5 more for a spoonful and the mac& cheese tasted old and bland....Chicken I'll give 3 stars ..IT was Just Okay....Not being mean at all..Just what my taste buds tasted.The reviews tell a different story as if EVERYTHING is delicious.....( Maybe it was an off day for the cook )I have yet to taste some delicious jamaican food in the Rochester area ..That's is why I choose not to eat out..

I must say that the oxtail was ?, on the other hand the patty was old, hard, and dry. That’s the ONLY reason I gave an overall of 4 stars. It was my first time there and I will be back.
There food is ok... edible,...but if you don't make it there before 2:00pm there will be no food which I thought was odd if you close at 9:30-10pm I really don't recommend this place.... Seems like there struggling... And also the workers sit there and make Mad side plates for themselves but then don't have no food by 4-5:00 and they open at 11:30am... Really.... Not worthy of my hard earned money

Ordered food on grub hub. I was very excited to try the food. However the front desk clerk said that the food was in disarray and leaking everywhere. The clerk didn't have the food and told me to call the restaurant for assistance. When I called to explain to them what happened some street gal picked up the phone! And attempted to cuss me out. Even though, it wasn't their fault, she was very unprofessional, rude, out of order and ghetto. I will never order from this place. I only called for guidance and got disrespected by a worker. No customer service skills. Keep up this bad energy and no one will visit your restaurant!
