Yummy Garden is the best take out of Chinese food in the city of Rochester.They are quick with the cooking times and really do have some of the better Chinese food quality you can find.The people that work here take orders well and haven't messed up my order once, in almost 20 years of ordering here.The reason why I gave it 3 stars on atmosphere is because the parking lot here is a little wild (approach with caution) and the inside looks like half of the space is shut down?

I ordered from here on Uber Eats when my regular Chinese restaurant was closed. It was a big mistake. I specifically said in the instructions that I have a severe shellfish allergy. I'm eating my sweet and sour chicken and I'm like huh, maybe I should take my inhaler, I might be having an asthma attack. I took my inhaler and went back to my food. The next to last piece I bit into was not chicken - it was shrimp. I had to take my EpiPen. It took me weeks to be refunded and I had to show the proof of my emergency room visit. If they can't follow basic instructions when it comes to an allergy, their kitchen safety is definitely compromised.

Soo I have ordered from here pretty regularly as I live nearby. Never expected gourmet Chinese b/c this is more of a "cafeteria" style order restaurant. It's usually okay. Sorta dissatisfied tonight. I specifically asked for spicy/extra spicy & just a basic broccoli w/ garlic sauce so not much involved here. Irregardless they down played the spicy. Boo. Maybe they misunderstood. Who knows. Soo $22+ later, I ate it b/c I was hungry, BUT, not too thrilled w/ Yummy Garden tonight. I won't complain to them, but, know for next time. I w/ say the young man at the counter is always super polite. I'll give them another shot & perhaps just an off night.

My egg foo young was nasty I don’t know what kinda is gravy that’s was but it was nasty
The food was delivered very quickly, and the food was still hot. The sesame chicken was hard, but the flavor was good. The fried rice, however, wasn’t like a traditional fried rice, and fell apart more like rice pilaf. There were large chunks of uncooked onion on top, and long strings of fatty chicken pieces in it. It was bland, and I didn’t finish it. If you do order the rice, white rice is probably a better option. The egg roll was great! I think I’ll give this place another try, but the overall feeling is just kind of neutral.

thee best crab Rangoon I've ever ate, hands down! I work downtown and get food typically a Tuesday or Thursday after work as I luve in Brockport. the pepper steak is so flavorful. really great food, wish Chinese near home tasted this good! I do feel it is slightly pricey but I am willing to pay more for the quality!

Convenient location, food is cheap, service was extremely fast, and my boyfriend paid so it was free! You can tell the food is actually fresh, my chicken was crispy, you could tell the broccoli wasn't frozen, even their egg rolls seemed home made and not frozen. Maybe I just have low expectations but this place was a 5/5 for me.
