I have been here a few times now, once pre COVID, and twice since. I definitely preferred how this place operated prior to COVID. It's still a great place if you enjoy hot pot or Korean BBQ.

The spot was great and so was the food. The only thing I didn’t agree with if you buy food and don’t eat it all you will have to pay to take it out, but we were encouraged to get multiple options. so don’t buy food if you will not eat it all. The staff were very nice but they need to state that food will cost more if you don’t finish and want to take it home.

Don’t think I will ever go back, it was our first time there. I was confused by the whole concept. We ended up spending 113 for two people and had absolutely no idea how any of it worked. We told the servers it was our first time there and when ever we asked questions we didn’t get an answer. The whole experience was a turn off. We definitely spent way more money than we ate because it was becoming to the point where we just were uncomfortable being there. We got the hotpot and bbq combo so we could try a little of everything. And ended up leaving after the first round of food. There were no labels on anything in the Buffett area so we had no idea what some of the items were and when we asked one of the workers they couldn’t be bothered to answer our questions. I also didn’t like that they automatically take tips out because I definitely would not have left a tip because the service sucks. It’s almost like they know they are getting a tip no matter what
So they don’t care. I will never eat there again. It was super over priced. If I’m going out as a table of two and dropping that much money I expect better service.
Some of the buffet food looked like it had been sitting for hours and not touched at all. A few of the sauces at the sauce bar were curdled and chunky. And again when I said something they couldn’t be bothered. I’ll be surprised if I don’t end up with food poisoning after eating there.

15 dollars for a takeout order of fried ricewith literally 2 pieces of meat and a couple pieces of peas. VERY BLAND ...From the comments I would only pay in cash since they seem like they like to up charge without consent

I use to LOVE going here. It’s still pretty okay.. but it’s just kinda sad that the veggie selection isn’t what it use to be.. and there’s nothing I loved more than to put mushrooms in my hot pot.. it was my favorite ingredient of all.. but they sadly don’t have mushrooms as an option anymore either.. I thought maybe it was just the one time but it I’ve gone afew times and it’s been the same.. so I haven’t been back.

Why is this place closed on a Thursday at 7p when it says it’s open till 930p? Did it close down?

I live on the west coast where hot pot restaurants are abundant. This place is way overpriced, and the broths were not that good. Staff was nonexistent to the point where I almost stood up and left. I won’t be going here ever again.

We have been here several times and the food is alright. Nothing super special but the most recent time we were there we only wanted to order an appetizer and the other people at our table wanted hotpot. They would not let us order it. The management was very rude and I tried to have a small spoonful of my partners broth but the waitress came over and told me I was not allowed. Long time customer but not coming back.

Absolute gem in the Henrietta area
I’ve come here on a multitude of occasions, and enjoyed it each time
Normal hot pot style with a good selection of vegetables and Chinese meatballs that come with the buffet option
Meat options cost extra, but the serving amount is really good compared to the price.
Food here is always delicious. If you can handle a little spice, get spicy pot (my favorite) but if no spice, the seafood pot is a good runner up.
I love this place wholeheartedly. Amazing wait staff, and all the services included are super enjoyable with just 1 person, or a group of friends
The 15% tip is included in the bill, but I usually tip more on top of that to reinforce my good experience here
Overall, prices are really fair, food is delicious, and hey I like buffet and ayce because I eat a lot :)

Amazing experience, delicious Hotpot, kind staff. Honestly don't listen to the low reviews. The food was really good, and reasonably priced for an all you can eat situation. The broth was incredible and so fun to cook stuff at your table with a friend.
