Honestly it was the server that ruined it for us. We couldn’t even comfortably order without her rushing us. Very impatient service they do not like to explain hot pot to you. So if you’ve never been to hot pot before and you don’t know how to order this is not the place to try it for the first time. There was a good amount of people there so the food must’ve been good, but we couldn’t get over the atmosphere to try it. Here is just some information to know as you’re going in. If you’re doing hot pot the whole table has to do hot pot, they won’t tske your orders until everyone in your party is seated, if you’re ordering hot pot you cannot get any Chinese food options, they do not serve alcohol, and they add a 15% gratuity to the bill already, no sharing allowed. It felt like a prison with all the rules and the server being the jail warden. You may have a very different experience so I wouldn’t discourage you from going to this restaurant, but I thought this information could be helpful.

You can either get hotpot or a "normal" dish at a table. So if you have people with you, you all need to get the same thing. Same thing applies to the Korean bbq. The broth was not very flavorful and the assortment of buffet style veggies is small.

My 17 yr old was corrected by waitress a few times from menue to buttons .We enjoyed food and were eating for two more meals. Portions are very plentiful!

Server was nice enough, although she didn’t check on us at all until we were about to leave and then refilled our drinks. The broth and food had no flavor (except the dumplings, which were good). We have been wanting to try hot pot so glad we tried it. We won't come back.Note, the best part was being with my friends. Also I called ahead to jump on the waitlist and he told me no ? because "there is no one waiting" but when we got there... there was a little line haha.

I'm so happy that I ignored the reviews about rude employees. We went for the first time and had a wonderful experience with great service and a nice selection. The food was delicious, definitely expensive but it was an experience. We would go back if it were more fairly priced.
I'm happy that we ignored the negative reviews about the staff. We had a wonderful experience. Great service and delicious food. Way overpriced for what you get. It was an experience for sure and if it were priced better we definitely return.

A first time for me and I went with a friend who's a regular and was able to show me the ropes. We both ordered the Chicken Hot Pots and what a great experience! You choose a broth and then they bring it out and place it on your burner and you control the temperature. The choice of toppings, veggies and sauces to add were incredible and all for just $20. I look forward to bringing my kiddos here, I know they'll love it! The service was also excellent!

Rude servers. My husband and I ate in this restaurant 2 times, and every time servers were borderline rude. We went for lunch today again, for the third time, because my husband likes hot pot, and I like their variety. This was on 1/21/24, around 1:20 pm. The server didn't finish taking our order, and run off to serve other guests right in the middle of us ordering. She never came back. We asked her for help again, then one more time, and each time she waved us off like you would a fly. We left upset, because why would we let anyone treat us this way, and then pay them our $. We are not coming back. There are other places to eat, including hot pot for my hubby, where they are happy to see us and serve us.
