Let me start by saying the food was amazing! Seasoned well, food hot when it arrived and everyone at the table enjoyed their food. No complaints. The issue was the service. Walking in on a Sunday for brunch I expected to see someone at the door or front to greet. That wasn't the case. It took about 5 minutes before someone came up to greet and welcome the 3 partied that were waiting. The hosts were great once they were up front. Our waiter was nice but complained about the chef in the back and how he was swamped. Said that the cook won't do anything extra if we asked for something. I would love to come back but maybe when it's not as busy or with a different server.

I was invited here for a birthday party and I was really excited to try something new.Me and my family sat down and waited for about 45 minutes before someone took our order. We sat there for a total of 2 hours with no food, no drinks no appetizers nothing!I can’t even give a review on the food because I never received any and I wasn’t waiting any longer.Most definitely the worst place I’ve been to and the worst service I’ve ever received!I will never come back here again!!VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I recently had a birthday dinner at Zoke. Party of 20. It was booked a week in advance, and I met with Duke 2 days prior to dining at Zoke. I was not impressed by the service provided. Our visit started off great.From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. But things turned for the worst. The staff was inattentive. Our server only brought out half the party drinks. He did not come to check in with us. We waited almost 2 hours. We never received our food. Not even appetizers. The owner, Duke, never came out to update us with what was happening. He never even extended an apology. At Zoke, customer satisfaction is clearly not a top priority. After seeing other tables that came after us being served, my party decided to leave. I was embarrassed. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant for large parties. I pray that they make the necessary improvements to ensure everyone has an exceptional dining experience.

My friends and I pick a new restaurant we haven't tried once a month to go to. We arrived at 11, which is opening time. We were seated and was told the kitchen is behind 20 minutes. There was no customers in there. Food was tasty but my waffle was cold and soggy and both of my friends eggs were cold. My friend wanted side of eggs and was told they don't serve that. I ask if I can have a side a sweet potato fries. I was told I don't think you can get them during brunch..she checked but never came back to tell.us we can't order them during brunch. When the food came out I ask and she said there not served during brunch. My friends and I was disappointed no coffee. My opinion few things needs to be worked on.. overall it was okay .

Stopped in randomly and it was a great experience. Food was amazing I had the egg roll. I love the house sauce ! Promise, the bartender is great! Amazing drinks and able to multi task and has a super kind and engaging personality. definitely my new fav spot.

First let me start off by stating this was the WORST dining experience I’ve ever had! My friend and I wanted to try brunch at Zoke as we heard it was fairly new and nice. We went to celebrate my 30th birthday. When we arrived around 2pm, we waited no more than 5 minutes to be seated. The entrance was nice and clean. It gave me the vibe of a true down south brunch place.When we sat down, we were given a pitcher of water with no cups. After about 15 minutes of waiting for someone to come over, we then received cups. Our waitress then took our drink order. When she came back, she gave us the wrong drinks (all no big deal). Once she came back with our mimosas, she let us know that the kitchen was backed up but didn’t given an estimated time frame so we both ordered chicken and waffles. As we waited, we had about 2 drinks.Our waitress frequently came to check on us and kept stating she would check on our order each time. At 4:15pm, 2 HOURS AND 15 MINUTES of waiting she came back and told us that they ran out of everything and apologized but said they only had lobster tails and rice left. At this point they had closed at 4pm and there were still quite a few tables that had not received any food.We asked to speak to the manager who was very apologetic however, we expressed our frustrations with the service. He then let us know that he was going to “make something happen” for us. After another 15 minutes he came back to our table to let us know that “the waffle thing wasn’t going to happen” in his exact words. At this point, I was furious however, we both held our composure.The manager Dukes assured he was then going to bring out what he could. When the waitress brought out these plates, there were 4 burnt chicken wings on a shared plate with stuffed cinnamon rolls that were also burnt along with 1 fried lobster tail on a stick. We also at this point never received silverware. Again, there was 2 of us.The chicken wings were fried in fish grease and one also had a BUNCH OF HAIRS on it! The manager explained how sorry he was, that he would take care of our drinks and asked to come again to give them a second chance. We were BEYOND DISGUSTED, upset and starving!The whole experience was completely unacceptable and it’s safe to say, I will never refer anyone to this restaurant!
