Very disappointing experience at the Rock Hill location. I purchased a tumbler and moved it off the register to allow other customers to check out while I waited for my order. The lid was not sealed, separated from the cup, and the tumbler fell and cracked. When I politely asked for a refund, an employee named Depal yelled at me, blamed me, and refused to provide manager information. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.
you guys have good donuts you guys should make peanut butter filled donuts I come there all the time and get flavored coffee and donuts it would be nice to have peanut butter filled donuts
