The employee's attitude is nasty ... very disrespectful ?.the lady taking the order didn't even understand what I was saying when I went to get my food she was asking me what's my order again and having attitude with it.... never again ?
Counting to 8 to fill an 8 piece order seems to be a daunting task. Two separate times they sent me on my way with 6. Thank God I checked. I was told the rest of the chicken was still cooking and letting me leave with only 6 pieces was a decision supported by management. Both times. Unreal.

This is my second time here as a new local to the area & I will NOT be coming back. THE EMPLOYEES ARE BEYOND RUDE, INAPPROPRIATE & UNPLEASANT. On 2 different occasions I was given nothing but attitude at drive thru. Simple questions and regular tasks seem to be very triggering. I was told today “come inside it’s busy” after waiting 15 mins in drive thru. I said exactly that, I’ve already been here for 15 mins and I’m the only car in drive thru, is there any way we can place the order here and pick up inside…I was aggressively and rudely told word for word “Welllll miss you gon have to come inside ugh” by a female controlling drive thru. i never drove off so quick. They need to reevaluate their employees, maybe teach them customer services skills or replace them in all. They seem over worked and tired

So suck, I don't know who that lady was, but she's being rude when facing customer. I can say nothing for this but I ordered online, I show the order number and just wait for my food, then she just be like "we don't have this anymore" then just walk away not care for anything. I told her just change to other types, she looks impatient. I thought she might be in a bad mood today and didn't say anything, but after another customer came and ask for a sauce, this lady was smile and have nice attitude to her. I don't know if it's my asian face makes her unhappy, but I hope she can have some change.
