“I have been an Elegante customer for years. Always great food and great service. However, they have truly outdone themselves with this pesto pizza. This pizza is fantastic and possibly the best pizza I've ever had hands down. Please leave it on the menu, not just for St. Patty's Day!!”
“Best Chinese food in Rockaway. The delivery is always super fast, half the time I can't believe how quickly they made it here. Sometimes the food is too hot to eat! Everything is always fresh and delicious. My go to Chinese food place for sure. Always a good experience and a tasty one too!”
“The staff are good honest honorable people who I hold to high regards. Great friendly establishment and very comfortable environment. I strongly recommend people go to this store you won't be disappointed.”
“Worst McDonald's ever. Customer service is wack, workers preparing meals are talking all the time and taking long with orders, once order is done the waiting time for it to be bagged is over 2 minutes. Fries are over salt, ”
“That sloppy pork bao is hands down the best bao bun I’ve had in my life. So scrumptious and delectable. I would come back just for that. The noodles are fire also. Finally understand why people talk about this place so much”
“From the moment I walked in the Rolos team impressed me with how accommodating they were with the seating for my older father. The experience continued with a warm welcome from the staff and a delicious brunch. Polenta with eggs were fantastico but don't miss a chance to taste the burger. Will be back for that French toast !”
“The place is beautiful and very well decorated. We were there for Saturday morning brunch. I recommend the American breakfast which is well served for the price. The meat and potatoes are well seasoned. The bread basket is a little expensive for what’s inside, especially for a French person :)”
“Lisa, the most talented mixologist I’ve ever met, is the best kept secret in New York. Come here for the best cocktails you’ve ever had, you won’t regret it.”
“Food is legit. I’m Thai and Lao and I’m surprisingly thrilled they have Nam Khao and Kaw Mee. It’s really hard to find good Nam Khao and I rarely rarely see Kaw Mee anywhere. Both are staple Lao dishes and are delicious.”
“Literally the BEST mexican restaurant in NYC. I have been here twice and everything i have ordered is absolutely incredible…the whole dining experience from cocktails to desserts.HUGE SHOUTOUT to Giselda, the manager.she is incredibly kind and polite. The service here is just as amazing as the food. I highly recommend everyone to try it. Also shoutout to DARWIN! Great waiter and wonderful positive attitude.”
“In all food is perfect! Amazing food, everything tastes good. I’ve been there 10+ times all very good experiences, only literally only one time the waitress ( didn’t look familiar to me) was a bit rude, other than that the food and deco and hospitality are all amazing! ??”
“Food was amazing. I am always a little disappointed when restaurants tag on a fee for paying with a credit card…Dietary restrictions: Good gluten friendly options”
“The best gluten-free restaurant in the city.Unbelievable quality sushi plus all sorts of things you can’t usually get gluten-free like tempura!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free HEAVEN”
“If you happen to be around Brooklyn and have about an half hour or an hour to spend, I would definitely recommend this place. It's close to the subway. This is a very eye opening place to visit if you are interested in dashi in general. The store has variety of dashi for you to try (also vegan options) and also allows you to create your own, which is super fun and educational. They have a lot of imported japanese products + meal, which could be a bit pricy; however, consider you dont have to fly to Japan to get them, they are acceptable and worth try at least once. The atmosphere is super nice. Nice lighting/furnitures and everything. The staffs were also super informative and could help you in a lot in making decisions toward unending dashi ingredients.”
“I've been wanting to try this place for months and made time on this trip. Beautiful bar with an inviting and helpful staff. It was a Monday afternoon, so not too busy. The selection of beer was really good with a solid HH (perfect if you want to try a more expensive brew).”
“Excellent experience overall. We had some expectations for this restaurant and we were blown away with how amazing was the food.We are food lovers and travel al over the world booking the best reviewed restaurants. We were amazed with the dishes and the desert. The dishes that stood out the most for us were the scallop ceviche , the Patarashca whole fish and the two deserts we had were the lucuma flan and the Chirimoya .AMAZING!!!Will be visiting again very soon!”
“I usually get birria tacos from here and it is SO GOOD! They raised the prices since I last went so that sucks but the food was still delicious! I ordered the tostada and Mulita with consommé.”
“I grab take out from Bunna a few times a month. Their food is always fresh and delicious. The flavors are incredible. They have a great lunch special as well. Highly recommend checking out Bunna for Ethiopian cuisine in Bushwick!”
“We had eaten atWe had eaten at Winona’s before and really enjoyed it but when we heard there was a new chef at the helm, we were very hesitant the food would take a turn for the worse. Happy to report we were VERY wrong.Chef Dan Gonzalez is making a really tasty and surprising menu! Every dish was thought out with care and so incredibly tasty. Each new item brought a surprise and delight. The Hake with celery was stunning, the cavatelli with lamb was exceptional, the salad was a star too - flavor in every component! We also opted for a special that was a pasta with uni and citrus with some peppers and it was truly a memorable, delicious dish.In addition to the amazing food, the service was excellent too. Knowledgeable, kind and low key. They were attentive but not overbearing or pushy. We had a late guest in our party and they were so sweet about checking in with us.The space is also cute, so really this is a 10/10 experience.Highly recommend and so excited to come back to try more of Chef Dans incredible food!”
“THE B E S T pancakes I have ever had in my life. You should go just for the pancakes WOW! The food and ambiance is good, the host staff a little rude but over all 9/10 brunch spot.”
“They still got it. Folks like Silvio, Mikey Diesel etc may come and go, or retire, but the Bamonte sisters are doing a great job taking over running things. A true relic in an ever-changing neighborhood. Keep that fire burnin'!!!”
“Well it's pretty much a cevicheria with a couple of non ceviche plates. Once got there was not aware it was a market stand all good no issues with that. I felt like the service could've been better nicer, but it is a food stand and you get that type of service. I ordered a Ceviche Mixto which was on point I do like you can put as much aji as you want. My son classic ceviche and my wife Causa she enjoyed it and so did my son. No complaints on the quality of the food. My missing star the forks and spoons, they were wood. The straw paper trying to drink a frozen drink impossible. I would return with the idea of getting something else in the other food stands.”
“Came here for brunch on a Sunday - reservations are needed as they don’t accept walk in (there are only 12 seats). The service was great, as was the food. The fish was cooked perfectly and the side vegetables/miso soup was delicious. We got both a regular ($30)and a large set ($38). Personally, I don’t think the 2 extra side vegetables were worth the $8 difference. However, all in all, it was a pleasant meal and I would recommend it.”
“I had such a great time at Cozy Royale yesterday! I had been wanting to visit this spot for a minute and I was finally in the neighborhood so decided to slide by. Service was excellent, and the cheeseburger definitely lived up to the hype! I have to come back and try the famous martinis, they look sooo good! My one recommendation is to make a reservation especially if you’re coming on the weekend! ?”
“Food is really great. Server was incredible. Atmosphere is nice/cool. It was my second time here. Parents were in town + came here with a small group. Overall, it was a great experience. We all had a difficult time picking out our favorite dish. Standouts... in no particular order...were the burrata, pork pasta, mussels, the char fish dish, + mixed berry crumble. We ordered for the table to share... you definitely want to try everything. Will be back again for sure.”
“KCBC Brewery stands out as a beacon for beer aficionados, boasting an expansive space that instantly welcomes you with its warm and inviting vibe. The sheer size of the place allows for a diverse crowd, from casual drinkers to serious hop heads, all finding their niche in this vibrant atmosphere. The selection of beers is nothing short of amazing, with each brew showcasing the craftsmanship and passion of its creators. From rich, robust stouts to crisp, refreshing lagers, there's something for every palate. The vibe is lively yet relaxed, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day or kickstart a night out with friends. However, there's a catch—KCBC's focus is solely on their brews, meaning snack options are non-existent. While this might be a slight downside for those looking to pair their pint with a quick bite, the quality and variety of the beers on offer more than make up for it. It encourages guests to immerse themselves fully in the tasting experience, perhaps even prompting a visit to local eateries before or after. In essence, KCBC Brewery is a must-visit for its exceptional beers and the nice vibe it offers, even if it means planning your snacks elsewhere.”
“I just cannot get over how good the katsu is. The chicken katsu curry has to be my favorite in the city by far and has been since they opened. It's hard for me to find time to go here, but it's such a genuinely rewarding meal, and i'm happy to sacrifice the place being open daily for the love and time that seems to go into everything there, from the in-house food to the curation of snacks and drinks. The portion is absolutely enormous, bigger than any ive had anywhere here or abroad, and the quality is astonishing. It's just so good.Cool shirts too :)”
“This place is super busy for a reason. If you're ever around you gotta stop by. I can't wait to try their friday specials as well. Also you can get a plate for $12-$15, like that's craaazy good ?. The cornbread is so good too.”
“I really wanted to love this place but it wasn't quite there.Pros: breads and dips are great. Highly recommend. Knocked it out of the park hereCons: our pasta was way over salted. Maybe it's a one off but it made it hard to enjoy. Atmosphere is ok. The place has good bones but the designer didn't get a number of things right (e.g. artwork doesn't quite work with the space, table and chairs could have been better selected, floor is an odd choice). It's still a decent atmosphere but they could do a lot more with their space if they had the right designer”
“Made a quick pit stop here to refuel. This is ideally situated 1 block from bike path. The coffee options are plenty. We did not try any food as we just finished brunch in Sheepshead Bay.Grabbed my dose of caffeine and sat outside on the bench. The day was sunny and street was quiet for 1 pm. Was able to use the washroom upon request. The staff was friendly and also allowed another cyclist to bring their bike indoor. Will definitely come again & try the energy balls…”
