Really enjoyed our meal here! Some really stand out dishes, incredible service, and super intimate space.
Some dishes did fall a bit flat (specifically a fish dish that needed a bit more acid to balance it out & desert was a bit underwhelming), but the standouts really stood out to make this a meal worth coming back to. A personal favorite was the Dashi presentation in a wine glass & incredible wagyu beef. Excited to try their next menu!

Dishes are meticulously prepared, with flavors that combine Japanese ingredients with French techniques, such as the famous "Rice with Foie Gras," baked in a black-enamel cast iron casserole and served with nearly invisible bits of foie gras.
