Restaurants in Rockaway Park

“My friends and I had a lovely afternoon at The Rockaway Hotel Pool house. We were greeted by a warm and friendly hostess, Isabella, who made us feel so welcomed. Our beautiful table was in the perfect spot to take in all of what the Rockaway Hotel has to offer. The outside bar and Pool house are exquisite. The pool was bustling with excitement. Our waiter, Andrew, was polite and helpful . I highly recommend coming to The Rockaway Hotel because their staff is highly professional and attentive.”

“I went to The Harbor Light with my grandfather who is hard of hearing. I cannot tell you how accommodating the staff was. We originally sat in an area where he was unable to hear well. The owner Bernadette and the server Annie opened up a whole other section in the restaurant for us that was quieter. They were so kind and we enjoyed a lovely lunch. I would definitely recommend this place. They truly care about their patrons. Thank you Harbor Light!”

“Amazing rice and beans. Maybe some of the friendliest people in the Rockaways hands down. Great to have a place that has healthy options. Especially vegetarian options.”

“Wow 🤩 the food is delicious! Eat as much as I want for 35$ wow! Love the beef skewers! This is my first time in all I can eat and I love it! I came in with empty stomach and left with a full stomach! Don’t have to check the prices and eat as much as I can. I highly recommend this spot! If you are swimming by the beach and get hungry please head to this spot for an unforgettable experience! With all love! Thank you! Just PLEASE DONT ORDER EXTRA! Never order extra! It will be hard to finish.”

“This toasted bagel with eggs, crispy bacon, hash browns, and cream cheese is exceptional when ordered in person. Everything comes together perfectly—the bagel is toasted just right, the eggs and bacon are flavorful, and the hash browns add that perfect crispy texture. It’s a seriously satisfying breakfast.

One thing to note: I’ve noticed that when ordering through third-party delivery apps like Uber Eats, it doesn’t come out quite the same. The quality and presentation just aren’t on the same level as when you order it in person.

In person, though? Absolutely 5 stars.”

“Great place to chill and have some food. The only one hung I do not like about this place are the hours, but definitely recommend the mint lemonade and coming here.”

“Love this local spot - staff is lovely, coffee is great and the boardwalk location is so convenient (especially having a dog) - if you haven’t had their breakfast burrito with beach views you ain’t livin”

“My son took me here for a birthday dinner after hanging at Rockaway Beach. This was one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to. The pasta is homemade and delicious. I had a ravioli dish that was finished off with heating in their brick oven. I’d like to rate this restaurant 10 stars!!!!”

“I drove down from Canada and found Beach Bagel through google, and I’m so glad that I did. Their bagels are absolutely delicious - 10/10 recommend!! A special thanks to all of the staff, particularly Mohamed, who exude such warmth and kindness. My family will definitely be back :)”
