Ate here with my family and everything was delicious. We did not have reservations, but the hostess Joann was very accommodating and found us a table. She was super kind and gave great recommendations. For apps we had calamari and meatballs. Both good, meatballs melts in your mouth with the perfect dab of fresh ricotta. Rocco’s has become a staple in our family for a nice early dinner. The food is spectacular and really as close as it gets to eating in Italy itself. All the ingredients are fresh and the dishes are prepared perfect. My favorite dish is their special which is a spicy vodka chicken parmigiana with spicy rigatoni — they add fresh pepperencino for a little extra kick (it’s better than carbone).The service is always top notch. My son took me here for a birthday dinner after hanging at Rockaway Beach. This was one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to. The pasta is homemade and delicious. I had a ravioli dish that was finished off with heating in their brick oven. I’d like to rate this restaurant 10 stars!!!!
