“Juan at Cotto at the LGA terminal C location was very attentive while visiting the terminal on our way back home from our NYC visit. It’s the airport so it’s a little more than if you got it somewhere else but I was very happy with the meatball Parmesan and the wedge salad my wife and I got as well as the Long Island iced tea. It’s New York and is not Burger King and you get what you pay for. They were all very good here. Juan was able to happily accommodate getting a little side of extra marinara sauce for my wife’s sandwich. Was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend. Enjoyed our visit.“

“The lovely man working there got slammed. He was on his own and with so many people waiting it was so hard on him. I think it was abusive of the management to do that to him, there needs to be more staff! The was one person clearing tables and one person preparing food. He was on his own! I was there for a while and so I could see how hard he was working....“

“157 Tavern has been a staple in the area for 10 years and is an excellent choice for parties or group gatherings. You can simply provide them with your budget, and they will curate the menu for you, which makes the planning process very convenient.

Regarding the food:

Grilled Spanish Octopus: Highly recommended. The potato pave is delicious, and the octopus is tender with a perfect charred exterior.

Short Rib with Bone Marrow: The meat is very tender and falls apart at the touch of a fork, though I wish the portion of bone marrow was a bit larger.

King Salmon: Quite tender.

Burrata Cheese: Standard/average.

Caramel Flan: Delicious and beautifully presented.

Overall, it is a great spot for a nice dinner.“

“We had our wedding at Rialto and couldn’t imagine a perfect ceremony and reception.

Dominic and the Rialto team were incredible. Super attentive and went out of their way to make sure our day was as special as can be.

We have no idea how but they managed to make sure the food was always fresh and hot when served, even the branzino, which is not easy to do all at once for ~75 people. Seriously impressive.

They really outdid themselves and we will definitely come back to Rialto for dinner which now holds a special place in our hearts. ❤“

“The BEST Sicilian square sourdough pizza on the planet 🌎 their sauce is organic and phenomenal, the cheese is wonderful, olives and if you feel like it Add some sausage, and the yummiest pecorino Romano shreds just topped it off. It’s served with a spoon, which makes you go “Hm what is the spoon for?” It made for a fun little challenge at first (granted, I grazed and took about 2 hours to finish my meal) but once you get the hang of it, it’s like oh wow. “Tried this place recently and honestly really enjoyed it. The skewers were the best part of the meal for sure. Both the chicken and lamb were super flavorful, tender, and cooked really well. Everything came out fresh and hot, and the seasoning was spot on. We kept ordering more because they were so good.

I also liked how the ordering worked. Every table has an iPad, so you just place your order there and it goes straight to the kitchen. It made everything really easy and convenient, especially when we wanted to add more food without trying to flag someone down. The food came out pretty quickly too.

The other dishes we tried were also solid and paired well with the skewers. One small thing I thought was clever was the bucket they give you to throw away the used skewers. It keeps the table clean and somehow just makes the whole experience feel more organized.

Prices were pretty reasonable considering the quality and amount of food. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome the whole time. Definitely would recommend this spot if you’re craving good skewers and a fun casual meal.“
