We got the lamb neck and it was so delicious. The meat was very flavorful and tender. The taco presentation was the perfect combination of flavors. I loved that it was interactive (i was able to build my own taco). We also got the oysters with a sauce to that I'm forgetting but it was really yummy. Last thing we got was the red spicy curry with clams which was tasty but beware it was truly spicy. Ambiance was really great. Romantic/cozy lighting and art/plants for decor.
Loved coming to Falansai, went there last week to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was quite the treat. You know when its a snowy day in NYC yet a restaurant is jam packed, the food is GOOD. We made reservations ahead of time but if we didn't, I doubt we'd be able to find a seat quickly. We had the tasting menu, which was the perfect amount of dishes. This food was so delicious that 6 months later I am still thinking about it once a week. The fusion was great and I am so pleased it was shown to me by a friend. The restaurant is rather small but does not feel claustrophobic. The service was fantastic, we had a very pleasant waiter. I would suggest making a reservation in advance since seating is limited.
