Shame Shame Shame , I live in Rockaway Park , my family has been here for 4 generations . I can’t believe how upsetting this is for myself and my family . I have ordered here since this place opened up in my neighborhood . The service and quality of the food has gone down hill but this will be my last time ever ordering here again … I can’t believe that a restaurant would send food that is no longer good to eat . What I mean to say is … the food is rotten , going bad . Shame on you just to make a buck . Food poisoning is NO JOKE . Shame on you to put myself and my family at risk to getting sick just so you can make a buck . To my Rockaway Family please be careful what you’re ordering here . Please double check what you’re eating . Again I say , protect yourself . I will no longer order here . I will drive to Howard beach and get my Chinese food . Sooo disappointed ….. Can’t trust anyone anymore …

The tables were dirty, they got my order wrong, then got nasty with me, then threw the food on the counter and sucked his teeth. When I asked them to put something on the fries they just threw the ketchup at me. Maybe they were having a bad day, but I won’t be ordering from them again. I didn’t even get a refund.

Asked for shrimp lo mien and got this! The female that picked up the phone was nasty and rude. When I called to say I had the wrong order she hung up the phone! Not a good way to keep customers! Will never order from this place again! Be ware this food looks disgusting!

DO NOT DO DELIVERY WITH THEM. I ordered hunan beef lunch special & got beef with hard broccoli. Receipt & online receipt say 2 different things, wrong apt too it went to! But the food is good🙄

So I gave this place one more chance tonight, after dealing with a very obnoxious female taking phone orders, and an even worse delivery guy. I work in a Rehabilitation Center in Rockaway Park, and have personally seen their delivery driver yell at patients, and customers when they didn't pay fast enough. He is a terribly miserable person who shouldn't even be doing deliveries because he so angry and obnoxious. Tonight, again, I ordered. The delivery driver texts me a picture of the food, rather than coming into the building to deliver. Although I wasn't too happy about his delivery procedure, I STILL gave him a $4.00 tip. He threw my change on to the counter here at the rehab center, and stormed out. Do I eat the food? Their delivery driver was so obnoxious and disrespectful, that I question whether or not to even eat what was delivered. The food there is ok. But the service, attitude, and unpleasant people taking your order, and a mean horribly disrespectful delivery guy, that happens to be one of the most disrespectful obnoxious delivery guys I have ever met to date. Do not order from this place. These people have a seriously BAD attitude. So although their food is < pretty good > I will not allow myself to be treated like that by ANY establishment that I order from. They do NOT deserve another dime from me. Tonight is the last time that I will ever be ordering from them.

Best Chinese in Rockaway, period. Just do yourself a favor and avoid all the others, their food is legitimately fresh and the fried rice isn't yellow like everywhere else, it's actual fried rice.
