The attitude of the person who served me was rude. The lady, who looked older, was at the cash register and then went back to get ice cream shouting to request an order that I had not asked for. I asked for a small classic sundae with strawberry sauce three times. Finally, I had to accept a pistachio cream with caramel that she served me shouting. The product was too sweet. By the way, the pistachio cream tasted like fake mint.

Went in to get 3 treats and it was horrible the girls were not on point...the soft serve was given to us and it was not even ice cream it was almost like a shake filled with sprinkles..we asked the young girls what happened they just stared at eachother...then 1 girl said to the other, that something was wrong but the second girl hushed her up...we walked out but I said no this isn't ice-cream so I returned it another nasty attitude girl took the ice cream put it in the freezer for the next customer and made me a new cup of ice cream but threw it on the counter...the stupid person didn't even look at us and didn't speak she just went back to her phone..how they get these moronic ppl to work here is so cute...the ice cream was disgusting had no flavor like cold milk no vanilla so I threw it out a waste of money!!!!!!!! I think if there was an adult supervisor things would have been made better

Carvel is great, but stay away from this location. The employees can't get a simple order correct. I don't understand how employers could continuously pay employees that negatively impact their business so much.
